The constitutional debate is underway as to what executive authority the President will have in an unprecedented effort by mostly Biden courts to stop President Trump from reorganizing the federal government to be a government of, by and for the people. That includes letting go all those who are unnecessary, incompetent, inefficient, ineffective, and most of all corrupt and/or actively working against the intentions of the Administration and Congress.

It is almost certain that sometime in the relatively near future, SCOTUS will make its ruling on whether President Trump can do what he wants to do, what he was elected to do.

What those Courts are doing is frightening. Not because I'm afraid of their rulings but because I'm afraid that Trump and Bondi will just tell the Courts to go fuck themselves and ignore them.

And that can happen. Easy. The President doesn't have to listen to the Courts. He doesn't have to obey them. The President controls Federal Law Enforcement, The Justice Department, the Military, et al.

So, the Courts are nothing but bluff. All they got is rulings. Paper. Paper assholes.

If I were Trump, I'd tell SCOTUS, very simply: "Get control of these asshole dimocrap scum Judges or we may find ourselves without a Judicial System very quickly."

And I, for one, would applaud it.

Too many times, the Courts just give themselves more power because -- They can. They Constitution doesn't give them as much as they think they have and they have awarded themselves.

It's time the Executive Branch put them in their place. They are a CO-EQUAL Branch of government NOT Gods on Mount Olympus. Co-equal. Period

I'm pretty sure it will take SCOTUS to put an end to the lawfare currently being utilized through/by lower courts. That needs to happen to restore the autonomy between the three co-equal divisions of the federal government.
