Former Speaker Gingrich Outlines Judicial Coup D’etat to Congress

/---/ Inferior judges do. Did you even read the links I gave you? Maybe you did but it was above your reading level.
Once again: Inferior courts typically have limited jurisdiction and handle specific types of cases, such as small claims or local matters.
The judges who ruled against Trump aren’t inferior judges.

In many cases they can.

That is not happening. Just because you don't like how they rule on Constitutional issues, that is not creating a new law.

FEDERAL judge.
In no case can they.
Oh, and when a judge doesn't follow the laws as written then he's interpreting the laws a different way from the author's intentions, thus they are creating an unwritten law, or precedence, that effects future court actions. Slippery-slope. Mkay?

He's a federal judge, but he is only a federal judge for the district he was given authority over. The Supreme Court has authority over the entire country, and district courts are a lower court.

I can't address a vast generalization.

The lower courts’ rulings stand as precedent nationwide, unless overturned by SCOTUS, mkay?

You have to bring a case. Judges don't create them.

Gun cases are brought all the time. I already addressed this..
You don't think that gun groups are doing that? For Trump, they'll drop everything and rule. For other cases...not so much.
