Former Speaker Gingrich Outlines Judicial Coup D’etat to Congress

Trump is only trying to keep the nation to survive. You guys do not like safety nets for irresponsible ways of spending yet love safety nets for citizens in ways you want. You guys are pure globalists yet make sure any rules and laws inside our borders that is important to you, and we are a nationalist entity. We have now oppressors that can be on both sides in every level who promote themselves as the victims when they ph uk over citizens.
I have never written a law in the Constitution. If you have a beef, then take it up with those who did.

In the end it is. Fortunately or unfortunately how ever you want to look at it these things take time.

There were many different laws but Heller largely made them all one. Laws in places like Illinois and New York were over ruled. Unfortunately the Supreme Court does what it often does and limited it's ruling which gives states the ability to rule on the edges.
In the end? So why don't these activist judges use nation wide injunctions to ensure the Constitution is equally respected?

Could it be that maybe, just maybe, this injunction crap is all bullshit?

I have no idea what an "inferior" judge is.
/——/ It’s a common term used by the talking heads.
An inferior court is a lower court that has limited jurisdiction and deals with less serious cases compared to a superior court.

Its not the judge that does that.

Seems these are serious cases.

"Former Speaker Gingrich Outlines Judicial Coup D’etat to Congress

At today’s House Judiciary Committee hearing, former Speaker Newt Gingrich spoke about judicial overreach in lower federal courts blocking President Trump’s actions. WATCH:"

Congress can simply get rid of these courts or judges, if the SCOTUS does nothing. Judicial tyranny cannot stand.

Newt who?

He's a non-entity who has been trying to stay relevant for decades, getting dumber and crazier as the years pass him by.

It isn't working.

Sure, Federal judges are suppose to restrict themselves to Jay walking cases. Lol
/----/ Stop playing stupid, even though it comes naturally to you.
Now, instead of your corny wisecracks, post evidence to the contrary from any legal source. You won't, because you can't.

Inferior courts typically have limited jurisdiction and handle specific types of cases, such as small claims or local matters.

What are some examples of "inferior court" in legal contracts?

Lease Agreement: "Any disputes arising from this lease shall first be addressed in the inferior court before escalating to higher courts."

Employment Contract: "The employee agrees that any claims related to this contract will be filed in the inferior court."

Divorce Settlement Agreement: "Disputes regarding the terms of this settlement will be resolved in the inferior court."

Small Claims Court Filing: "The plaintiff filed their case in the inferior court to seek damages for the unpaid debt."

Traffic Violation Notice: "The defendant may contest the citation in the inferior court."

Child Custody Agreement: "Any modifications to custody arrangements must be filed in the inferior court."

Personal Injury Claim: "The case was initially heard in the inferior court before being appealed to a higher court."

Landlord-Tenant Dispute: "The landlord took the tenant to the inferior court to resolve the eviction issue."

Federal judges don't handle local matters. Sheesh.

/---/ Inferior judges do. Did you even read the links I gave you? Maybe you did but it was above your reading level.
Once again: Inferior courts typically have limited jurisdiction and handle specific types of cases, such as small claims or local matters.

Bugger off. Your ignorance is giving me a toothache.

Sure they are. A judge can rule a passed law to be unconstitutional. Why aren't they doing it?

Federal judges do. I posted an example earlier today.

Then why are they being selective? We already know that firearms laws are uneven among the states, why doesn't this bother these judges? Why does only what Trump does bother them?

You have to bring a case. Judges don't create them.

Gun cases are brought all the time. I already addressed this..
