Bible trashing?

Is quoting Jesus' commandments to keep his Word 'trashing the bible'? Is every preacher in America trashing the bible every week?

No. However, quoting scripture doesnt necessarily mean you are correctly stating what the scripture means. If you are mischaracterizing the passages specifically to attack the Bible, then I think you are trashing the Bible.

Evil the Devil can quote scriptures. Doesn't mean his arguments are any less lies.
