You sound like a communist, it's how they argue. Capitalism FAILS without socialist influence, there's a reason a revolution happened in france, in spain, labor unions rose up, pollution was rampant, child labor, no maternity leave without the state stepping in..Regulation is the only way to keep capitalism healthy.Venezuela is attempting to become socialist, and I consider them socialist, but socialism fails without capitalism, just like capitalism fails without socialism. Err, I hear people ranting that "obamacare" is socialist. Ok, denmark/germany/etc have universal healthcare, virtually free college, strong labor unions, proclaimed socialists in the government..Er, no, denmark/germany/sweden/etc are all considered "socialist" these days, venezuela tried to help their people and oil prices failed, would've fucked either way regardless if hugo was there. To intrusive? I want a bigger government, yes.Lol? Socialism in today's world usually refers to a strong government and worker co-ops. Communism is dead and dieing, get over it. Venezuela? Why the hell would you reference venezuela? They would have been fucked either way thanks to the oil prices, regardless if they called themselves socialist.
We already have a too-powerful and intrusive government, you want a bigger government? I reference Venezuela because they were the paragon of Socialism. They were admired by every left-leaning closet Communist since Jimmy Carter. And they failed, just like Sanders wants America to fail. You're saying Venezuela isn't a Socialist country?
Actually, Denmark, Germany and Sweden aren't half as socialist as Venezuela. The Venezuelan government keep saying it's socialist. Why don't you believe them?. Like all left-wingers, you think good intentions are all the matters. Venezuela is proof that they don't.
Hmmmm . . . wrong. Capitalism never fails without socialism. In fact, the later often drags down the former.
