Zone1 Beauty Culture and Works-Based Religions: Mormons and Amish

What is heaven to you?
I don't give it much thought. I needed so much help getting through this life so as far as I was concerned, heaven could take care of itself when the time comes. I needed God's help getting through this life. I once had a brief glimpse of heaven. Being also deep into (film) photography at the time, what hit me is that this life is like film negative, and heaven is like the positive print.

Such a change from the sullen, surly, sluttish girls I see elsewhere.
Teaching middle school, the sullen, surly, sluttish girls, do have beauty, too often hidden. Young teens go through a stage where they are desperate to fit in somewhere. They do start to grow out of this in their later teens. In the meantime, I am (or would be) a great fan of school uniforms. It is the parents who appall me, permitting their students to buy and wear such revealing clothing. The sullen-surly attitude is (in the main) is a young teen's way of protecting themselves, as at that age, they are truly vulnerable. Look past and beyond this, our young ladies (and young men as well) are quite worthwhile.

Very well said.

So much serious damage is done to girls in the name of fitting in.

I was such a huge relief when I realized, as a woman, that none of those standards were at all important.

But, hey, the more afraid and insecure they can keep girls, the more money the theRAPISTS and big pHARMa will rake in.

No. For other reasons, I am not a fan of LDS theology. This aside, my experience that, some of their beliefs aside, they are sincere and faithful adherents to Christian living. Perhaps I'll have a chance to Google the 3 kingdoms a bit later so that I can discuss it at least somewhat coherently.
In short.....heaven isn't the same for everyone.

Just as you described.
