#BareShelvesBiden trends across multiple social media outlets...

Smith’s was out of whole chickens and chicken thighs today . Limited amount of chicken breasts. Was also out of Chocolate Milk ( all brands).

Albertsons was out of all types of pasta except egg noodles.

Still slim pickens on canned cat food refrigerated dog food.
Don't worry, they'll eventually blame COVID for it all, even though they incentivized people to stay home instead of go to work if'n they even got the sniffles.

Well child tax credits expired. Maybe they will get off their ass soon :)

My daughter works like a dog always. She changed job's recently, so hopefully thing's will be better for her and the family without any help needed. Gotta keep trying folk's, and keep doing the right things in life, and not working isn't one of them. She has bettered herself and her family by working hard, and not being a dependent. Government dependency created for the purpose of votes is the biggest racket in the modern age. It needs to stop like yesterday.

One pic on this thread was a zone reset at Target. That is where you clear the shelves for a new product or new presentations of the same products. There are shortages but like with everything else for the last 6 years…the right wing only deals in overstatements.

Con will believe the lamest ass shit in the world. An 11-Year Old Picture, of empty shelves in Japan and it is somethow, as if by magic the fault of President BIden.

Labor shortage is the biggest fake news to come along in a long time. No bare shelves here at all. Another fake story.

Hate to burst that bubble, but I am hearing from worker's about these shortages, and not from employer's. Many companies are being affected either by COVID or by government giving to much thus creating an incentive for people to use various things as an excuse not to work. Biden said it himself that "hey if you want your people to come to work, then just pay them better", otherwise as if that's been a plan all along for the government to play the Union for the workers. Well it worked now what ???

I hear sad stories of workers pulling other people's shift's because the positions have been abandoned. They can't get vacations day's or hardly any days off because of the mess. People are worked to death right now.

Then this bull crap of hiring based on identity politics and/or other bull crap, instead of hiring based on qualifications, or potential job skill levels, otherwise that is to hopefully be found in a person when hiring them has now become an issue. Hiring based on government criteria is killing the companies big time from within now, and this is because of bad character's taking advantages of the open doors being walked through without responsible character being required.

I'm seeing and hearing a lot of this out in the field. Hiring a bad employee now, and then trying to fire them is like trying to get rid of bad renter's before they totally destroy your property.

Things have got to change.

I'm seeing bad employee's being hired, and then them having the attitude that they can't be fired based upon what the government has led them to believe about it all. So then they go about reeking havoc with immunity, and that's got to change. It doesn't serve them well, and it especially doesn't serve the company well.

Everything the Fed's touch goes to hell eventually, because it has to many devil's riding it's coattail, and using and abusing other's with the power the Fed's have granted unto them even though they might be bad character's yet they still get to ride, and that's become a problem it seems.

As a percentage,

Or a blue state like New Mexico with the highest percentage of people on food stamps

California on the other hand only has millions of people on food stamps which is millions more than the population of LA or MS
That's because only people who want to remain in poverty stay in LA and MS.

People who want to seek fortune have long moved to CA.

PROFITS OVER PEOPLE, IT'S THE CALLOUS CONSERAVTIVE PREAMBLE:

WE GOT OURS, FUCK THE REST OF YOU!
Jesus Chrisp---------and yet it is under dems and other communists that people always have less (inflation, paying truckers not to work, etc will cause such things).

You are an adult...you should be able to handle your own shit without expecting others to carry you around. The dems aren't going to carry the mooches around--they are using them for fools and tools in order to gain power so they get more of everyone elses money.

This is why socialism never workouts---and always leads to starvation.

Yes really…

I go to the store daily and OJ is out along with milk at times and let not start down the cereal section and frozen vegetables sections and have you been to any fast food places lately, well if not then you should go because they have signs stating they have limited supplies or ran out of stuff while having limited staff to work…

I am sure that is only a red state thingy even though the National News has reported on it before while Gawd Biden has been ruling us!

Impoverished red states are about to leave the nation anyway. American Retailers are simply shifting their strategy to serve Americans…not the new confederacy. Get used to it.

Yes, you are right. I read about this in the Gulag Archipelago, where like the Democrat Socialists in the USA are doing what the Russian Socialist did to their conservatives. Starving them for politics.

Wait until we poison the crops in the midwest....thus further impoverishing the states nobody uses. Its gonna suck that the "states rights" crowds in Dixie aren't going to rush to the defense of those in Nebraska and Kansas.... The motto of Conservistan--"let them die"--will ring true once more.

There is a fix for a lot of these issues of bare shelves and closed restaurants.

If we went BACK to the taxing structure we had before for Truck Drivers and Restaurants...I'm talking about the one in the early '80's.

Truck Drivers and Waitstaff used to enjoy tax free wages. You had people standing in line for these jobs.

Waitstaff never got a salary. They actually paid the restaurant for the right to work there. It was $5/shift in the '80's. For that $5 you got 5 tables and access to a helper that you shared with other Waitstaff. Also a uniform and a meal. But your tips were all yours. All tax free.
The average salary result from those tips was a middle income lifestyle because of the lack of taxes. Not low income scraping by...the cooks and dishwashers all got paid more too.
All ships were raised by a lack of taxes.

Truck Drivers actually paid less taxes then too because they paid road taxes...from the fuel to highway fees. They didn't pay income taxes because they could get tax credits for the fees and diesel they purchased. (Not exemptions as expenses but credits as if they had paid taxes... which they did).

AS a result of taxing these people the shipping costs have gone sky high. Independent truck drivers can't make a living otherwise. And they certainly are not doing well enough currently because nobody wants to drive a truck.

nobody wants to work in a restaurant either.

Biden and Congress can fix this...but obviously they don't want to.

It is terrible to see that the democrats are willing to let Americans starve. I should not be surprised after seeing the democrats take the corn crops in the states you mention, and turn that corn into green energy fuel for cars.

Not enough food in the world, people are starvin..

And the democrats are doing all they can to make sure there is less food.

Americans are food wealthy...
We spend an insignificant portion of our incomes on groceries on a monthly basis.
We spend less on groceries than housing in every city in America.

However...in the rest of the world groceries account for half of a family budget. A serious increase in the cost of food and it isn't just less expensive choices in food but a serious reduction in the quantity of food they can purchase. (Beans and rice are staples for much of the world already...meat is a once a week privilege).
That's just commodity functions.

Soybeans, as a commodity, are the same price everywhere around the world. Same thing with meat.

So double digit inflation on these commodities is going to starve a LOT of people who simply make an average of the equivalent of $9,000/year.
