Banning Students?

That is the fault of society and mostly their parents, not the education system.
I hate to break it to ya, but that claim simply doesn't fly. When you take in to account the parents working to make ends meet, it is the teachers who spend vastly more useful time with the kids than the parents.

The parents get maybe 5 useful hours per day. The rest is either sleep time, or in school.

Their behavior and motivation are entirely controlled by the parents. I saw the kids one hour of the day, as do the other teachers. That means the parents actually have much more impact.

You also forget the weekends. Teachers don't get 24/7 on the weekend like parents can.

Because English is not their first language.

vast majority of students in ESL classes are natural-born US citizens

If so by HS they have had 8-9 years in the USA & schools (plus TV, internet,
neighborhood kids). What makes them get special classes while American kids are crammed in regular school?

Not entirely. Especially in California where teachers can begin the grooming into trans world, and the State says the parents have no Right to know.

Yes they do - and then the parents qualify for Section 8 housing, and get full welfare benefits for their anchors.
You have been shown many times that your belief in "anchor babies" is completely in error. Biden's people abused the system to allow such conduct. You can bet your ass that it is not likely to happen anymore because illegals cannot and should not be receiving benefits.

You have been shown that anchor babies - those born to illegals while in this country - do indeed get full welfare benefits.

As for the abuse coming to an end, tomorrow would be a day too late.

The parents are not anchored. They can be deported at any time. There is a new sheriff in town in case you have not noticed.

Example: The guy deported to El Salvador, who was MS-13, is a married father. Is he not gone? If his wife was an illegal, she would be gone too, but she is not.

I never said the parents are anchored. But having anchor babies gives libs more ammunition to keep illegals here by crying and wailing over separating families.

My point was that the anchor babies get full welfare, and their parents benefit from that - and at the expense of responsible, tax-paying Americans.

Their ammunition is now only blanks. When we cut off the benefits that they have been getting illegally, they will be gone soon enough. Many are self-deporting already. It just takes time, and taxpayers are getting tired of the liberal rants.

"Undocumented students could be denied enrollment in Tennessee public schools under new legislation introduced by Republican state lawmakers in a direct challenge to current federal law.

The bills are set for debate in the House Education Committee and the Senate Finance, Ways and Means Committee this week, where lawmakers could vote to advance the legislation for further consideration.

Both bills are unconstitutional under the U.S. Supreme Court’s 1982 decision in Plyler v. Doe, the sponsors of the legislation acknowledge. That decision held that students have a right to a free public education regardless of their immigration status. If passed, the Tennessee legislation could become a test for the conservative-leaning Supreme Court to revisit the decision amid a broader crackdown on illegal immigration by the Trump administration."
That U.S. Supreme Court decision should be revisited and overturned. The way to have that decision revisited is to pass a law that challenges that decision such as these.

If a child of school age is in the US, they will receive an education. YOU want it that way.
People that are not in the country legally should not be eligible for access to public education resources that are for legal residents. Allowing children that are here illegally into the educational system is an incentive for more people to come to America illegally. The Supreme Court got this wrong and it should be revisited and overturned.
