Banning Students?

"Undocumented students could be denied enrollment in Tennessee public schools under new legislation introduced by Republican state lawmakers in a direct challenge to current federal law.

The bills are set for debate in the House Education Committee and the Senate Finance, Ways and Means Committee this week, where lawmakers could vote to advance the legislation for further consideration.

Both bills are unconstitutional under the U.S. Supreme Court’s 1982 decision in Plyler v. Doe, the sponsors of the legislation acknowledge. That decision held that students have a right to a free public education regardless of their immigration status. If passed, the Tennessee legislation could become a test for the conservative-leaning Supreme Court to revisit the decision amid a broader crackdown on illegal immigration by the Trump administration."

" Logical Antonyms And Synonyms Versus Slang "

* Writs Are Writes As Rites Of Ritual *

equal rites
Is this like a circle jerk?
The terms right and left are antonyms , whereas the term right is not an synonym for yes , or correct , or true , or exclusively a 90 degree angle ( see - mathematical norm ; 90 degree left angle ; chirality ; enantomers ) , or a constitutional protection , which are forthwith logically understood as slang .

The terms correct and incorrect or valid antonyms , as are ethical versus unethical .

If a child of school age is in the US, they will receive an education. YOU want it that way.

Are you saying that teachers have failed to teach their students how to learn outside of the classroom? I learned how to read in school. Are you saying that I don't understand what I read (or that everything I read is false)? If so, what good is published information?

My dentist wanted to pull my wisdom teeth "before they give you trouble". I was 45 at the time and never had any trouble with my wisdom teeth. I am 85 and still don't have any trouble with my wisdom teeth. We often laughed about that. He quipped to an assistant once, "I wanted to pull his wisdom teeth, but he wouldn't let me." His professional experience was no match for mine.
????????????????????????

Not if it prevents my child, born here, from getting an education.

It doesn't, and most students receiving language support were also born here.

All my CA co-workers (those from SOCAL) used to complain how the massive amount of "Undocumented students" illegals slow down learning for ALL in the classrooms.

Maybe give "Undocumented students" their own classes or make them go to alternative schools with those kicked out of regular public schools. The facilities already exist, at least in most CA districts.//

My dentist was a highly trained and experienced professional, yet I knew more about my wisdom teeth than he did (even though he could examine them more closely than I could).
He does know more about wisdom teeth than you do. Vastly more. Do you fancy yourself a dentist now?

...
They were wrong.

Sure it does. There's only so many resources to go around.

Well I was at my public school SSL class (Spanish second language) at nights with all the other American 17 yr. old kids and adults too. The doors were always open with many roaming the hallways. One of the Spanish teachers gave me a burrito when I forgot my PBJ. So nice teachers willing to help me after class if needed. Well I gotta run now as (like all the other "kids") I work nights at AnHieser Busch on the Budweiser line

Maybe give "Undocumented students" their own classes ...
It has nothing to do with documentation, but non-native English speaking students DO have their own classes in addition to their subject-specific classes.

I'm sure it makes you feel good to post that, but I'm certain you don't really believe it.
