Authoritarianism Again Arises

The dictatorship of the duopoly may not have gone to its extreme authoritative point yet, but given the opportunity...
This fails as a false comparison fallacy. Democrats are nothing like Republicans, the two are completely different.

And there is no ‘duopoly’ – neo-fascist authoritarianism is the sole purview of the right.

He speaks of authoritarianism ...

One of several blatant examples is the Swamp Thing's attack upon the free speech of a free market enterprise. The autocrat had no problem when Disney contributed more than $100,000 to the Friends of Ron DeSantis political action committee.

When it attempted to exercise free speech, it was time to attack free market capitalism.

“To deny an exemption to claimants who engage in certain forms of speech is, in effect, to penalize them for such speech. Its deterrent effect is the same as if the State were to fine them for this speech.”

Statism is spreading like kudzu in the dangling appendage state - Tallahassee bureaucrats seizing control of wombs, education, medicine, local governance, and rabid authoritarians pleasuring themselves in such statist oppression.

A good reason to support Biden's disinformation campaign ^^^. Clearly a misstated, intentionally misleading, dissembling, illogical, attack.

Disney is a publicly traded, for profit company (for profit!) with a CEO who decided to attack the actions of a constitutionally elected (by the people) legislature and governor.

And Disney is paying a price for the actions of its CEO. ("Actions have consequences")

Its that simple.

So funny how you leftists bitch and moan about tax breaks for industry until one is taken away from an industry that promotes your perversions.

Not sure what that has to do with authoritarian govt policies like forced gestation.
No one (except maybe a rapist) "forces" pregnancy on anyone. Not one woman in the U.S. will lose a "right" to an abortion if Roe is overturned next month. They'll just have to be more "inconvenienced" to get them. It will be interesting to see if fewer pregnancies occur as a result of women being forced to put in a huge amount of effort to accomplish what they earlier could do on an average Tuesday, a few miles from home.
