If William Todd Wilson was invited in by Capitol Police and simply taking a tour of the Capitol it would be impossible for a prosecutor to hold a gun to his head over nothing.

Imbecile, there were no officials who work in that courthouse inside at the time. There were federal officers who were there to protect it. Thus, the attack on the building was not to prevent the government from doing its work. Whereas on Sedition Day, Trump's violent mob of domestic terrorists did forcefully invade the Capitol as Congress was in session with the intent of disrupting their work.
