Supposedly. Witnesses dispute that.

But even so...that would be no different than Ashes Targetpractice advancing through that blown out window in that barricade.

Somehow the Magarats don't see that

Forensics confirmed it. He was shot multiple times in the front.

We don't need to relitigate that. As i said eye witnesses claim he was not charging and had his hands up.

Let's not distract here.

Even if he was advancing on the cop...that would be no different than Ashes advancing through that window but Magarats see a difference...because they WANT to

The guy had already tried to take the cop's gun.

If you can't see the difference, I can't help you.

So, they could have just randomly shot any of the "mob" and it would have been fine?
"Any member of the mob" weren't climbing through that window.

Had no one done that...no one would have gotten shot

What about her climbing through the window was a direct threat to the officer or anyone around him?

^^^THIS is how the left really feels about unarmed people being shot by the cops.

Remember that next time they fake outrage so their homies can loot.

Are you saying the outrage at Officer Chauvin for murdering a black male suspect while handcuffed laying face down on pavement was fake outrage.

If they're threatening the safety of others, yes.

There is no way an unarmed woman was "threatening" the safety of anyone.
The fact she was unarmed is not totally enough if she could have done something like unlock a door or something, once inside, so that a mob could enter.
But there was nothing at all like that at risk.
She was totally alone, and no one else could have followed since only a small person could even fit through the window.
So it was totally and completely illegal to shoot her.
If you can legally shoot her, then you can legally shoot and kill every single armed cop in the world.

Describe her threatening behavior.
Read this slwowy because you have seen it many times before and apparently didn't understand it

She was climbing through a busted out window in a police barricade protecting Congress in the middle of a violent riot INSIDE THE CAPITOL... WEARING A BACKPACK...for all the world looking like a suicide bomber

Our Russian troll is just making shit up

She was not alone. she had dozens of attackers behind her and she was wearing a backpack that could have contained a bomb.

That wasn't the question, nimrod. You claimed they have the authority to shoot someone simply for failing to comply.

Actually you fuckers make that claim every time a cop shoots an unarmed person

But charging towards the cop, who he had already attacked.

Wrong.
The cop was behind another barricade off the main corridor, he had never been attacked by anyone, and Ashlii was moving directly through the window, which is totally perpendicular to where Michael Byrd was barricaded in a side conference room.
Byrd shot Ashlii from the side, not head on.

She was breaching a barricade he was defending.

Fuck off Russian troll
