It it wouldn't be the big pharmaceuticals it would be the employers who are mandating the shot. They would be held responsible for the failing health of the person in the aftermath of a bad reaction to the shot... It would take an act of God to get big pharma in court on the other side of the bench they pay too many of the politicians' tickets.
