The Education Gap in Presidential Politics

Between White Americans who support Harris or Trump, the disparity in college education is an even more significant factor than age or gender.
The disparity is reflected in the allocation of the electoral votes of states.

At the extremes of the best-educated/least-educated continuum and their respective electoral votes:

1) Massachusetts [11]
2) Colorado [10]
3) Maryland [10]
4) Connecticut [07]
5) New Hampshire [04]
6) Vermont [03]
7) Virginia [13]
8] Minnesota [10]
9) Washington [12]
0) New Jersey [14]

vs

41) Tennessee [11]
42) Texas [40]
43) Oklahoma [07]
44) Alabama [11]
45) Nevada [06]
46) Kentucky [08]
47) Arkansas [06]
48] Louisiana [08]
49) Mississippi [06]
50) West Virginia [04]
Of course, age and gender are also major demographic factors.

A USA Today/Suffolk University poll released Thursday found young people swung a massive 24 points between June and August, from favoring Trump over President Biden by 11 points to picking Harris over Trump by 13 points.

You have to be poorly educated to vote for Trump.

How about this: The importance of ABORTION to Presidential voters is indicative of a more sinister fact.

The Federal government HAS NO ROLE in making abortion policy decisions. Not the President, not the Congress, not any Federal Department. It is a matter for the STATES.

For any voter to support a Presidential candidate, one way or another*, on the basis of their PERCEIVED position on abortion is nothing but stupid. The fact that KH promotes this foolishness and her supporters buy it...I hesitate to even type the imperative conclusion.

* DJT WAS the exception. It made perfect sense to vote for him in order to HOPE for a Supreme Court that actually paid attention to the Constitution, and thus would overturn the infamous line of cases starting with the dreadful Roe v Wade decision.

It’s just another lie of the Democrats. All they have are false scare tactics: Trump is a threat to democracy! Trump will take away your right to abort your baby!

Thank you, that's beautiful.

So if you all cheat to win again, we have the workmen, the truckers, the farmers, and all the skilled workers.

You have the gender studies professors.

That'll work out great for you, yes?
It should because we have the US military.

Trump will do none of those things. Mostly because common US citizens don't have as much clout as I wish that we did.

Yes, black people are the least educated group in this country and vote Democrat at the highest percentage.

.....and let's not forget all those Rhodes scholars the Democrats have allowed in to turn red states blue, either.

Trump absolutely screwed American farmers with his trade wars, but he did put them on welfare.

Most blue states actually tend toward lower IQs and most red states toward higher IQs. Turns out that big inner cities in blue states tend to have a lot of dumb people in them. You don't find many hoods or harlems out in the country.

But IQs also correlate by REGION. The south (which includes a mix of both red and blue states) tends to have the lowest IQs and the north (both the northeast and the midwest/northern plains) tend to have high IQs.

So there is little correlation between who people vote for and IQ, no matter what leftist bumtaps tell people.

That's why red states need so much Federal money and rate near the bottom in education... Like Oklahoma is rated 49th.

Give us a break Squid. Kamala Harris is the worst Presidential candidate in US history and it is not even close for second place.

How can someone who served as Vice President be the worst candidate for President when you ran a Reality TV Host?

What did she accomplish as Vice President other than mess up her ONE task, and let in 10 million illegals immigrants?

Trump was not just a reality TV Host. Nice try. He ran a successful business empire, employing hundreds of thousands of people and generating millions in tax revenues.

Harris negotiated with world leaders on immigration, trade, military and humanitarian support

How did Trumps time as a Reality TV Host and Wrestling supporter qualify him as President?

And what did she accomplish with her grear negotiating skills? 10 million more illegals migrants, costs have skyrocketed, the military has weakened, and the last point about humanitarian support is ridiculous.
How did Trumps time as a Reality TV Host and Wrestling supporter qualify him as President?

Why focus on irrelevant roles, rather than not only his success building a business empire and creating hundreds of thousands of jobs - but his PROVEN successes as president in the very categories you “credit” (lol) the DEI pick with - immigration, trade, military, and humanitarian support.

Anyone who thinks Harris is superior to Trump is either a brainwashed idiot, or a government retiree. Or both.
