why waste his time showing up and voting no?
If he was honest about it I wouldn't have a problem. But he lied about why he wasn't going to be in DC to do his job.
That's the other problem I have with this. He lied to get out of doing his job. You know, work for the people. Not for a bunch of right wingers at a convention.
If you want to go to a convention, fine. Just do it on your own time. Not the taxpayers time and money.
I know if I had an employee who lied to me about why they didn't show up to work and found out they went to a convention, I would fire that employee.
