Are Republicans really against clean air and clean water? Is there ever too much "dirty"?

I would take the AGW people a little more seriously if they directed their efforts toward China
So you know it’s happening.

Oh, and it’ll start happening more here if we are truly bringing jobs home.

I know it’s not. Blaming CO2 for the planet behaving exactly like it does in every interglacial period of the past 3 million years is convenient but wrong.

Co what? That doesn’t matter. Next argument

Just keep ignoring the empirical climate evidence of the past 3 million years which shows the atmosphere and the oceans warm when the northern hemisphere deglaciates.

I will.

No. That seems like a horrible idea to me.
I just rolled over $21K for another 6 months CD at 4.4% gauruntee $$$

I can survive on the $15K in my checking for 6 months. Especially if I got unemployment, which I would. I'd probably still have the $15K by the time unemployment dried up. Then my bills are so low because my place it paid off I could work at Walmart with you and pay my bills. In other words, I won't need that $20K for 6 months.

And remember that pontoon I bought before Covid for $26K? Guess what happened? Boat prices went way up. I could sell my pontoon for what I bought it for.

Good luck with that. I think you are going to need it.

There's zero reason for a reset. It cannot justified.

It's too much when it reaches the point of diminishing returns. Sure, we could provide absolutely pure water for everyone, but it would cost absurdly too much to do so. At some point you have to acknowledge that spending another trillion to remove 10 more parts per billion of some mild contaminant just isn't going to make anyone any healthier.

Obviously, as long as Republicans are anywhere near power, some will scream that too much is not enough.
Life comes with costs every time we breathe in oxygen we breathe out CO2..... Every time we flip a light switch on the energy has to come from some place even if it comes from solar panels there is a cost there is a usage there is a waste product.
You can't eliminate them unless you eliminate life completely.

Republicans insist they aren't against clean air and clean water but there are too many regulations keeping air and water clean.

So how much dirty is "just enough"? How can you tell when you start crossing the red line into Flint water?
What what point do Republicans say, "Wait a minute, this water is too dirty to drink and this air is making my kids sick"?

Is this OK?

but not this?

Or is it somewhere in between?

Or maybe there isn't "too much".

Anyone?
That’s well water. Always a lie from a demofk

Hey peewee, is fluoride good for humans?

Shut up you toothless ****. lol

Fluoride is added to public water supplies in many countries, including the United States, to prevent tooth decay

  • Reduces cavities: Fluoride strengthens tooth enamel, making it more resistant to decay.

  • Improves oral health: Fluoridation helps reduce the incidence of cavities, especially in children and adults.

  • Cost-effective: Water fluoridation is a cost-effective way to improve public health, as it prevents dental problems that can lead to expensive medical treatments.
While fluoridation is widely supported by dental and public health professionals, RFK Jr. doesn't like it.
