As a resident manager I have observed grad students for forty years. They have changed dramatically over that time, from being cheerful and helpful to being depressed and thoughtless. So sad.

What school did you go to and what did that get you as far as being a teacher? Nothing. It got you in the door. You had to go back and get a masters in order to make more. Am I wrong? Well many teachers go to University of Phoenix' teaching masters and that gets them the same raise you got after you got your masters. Am I wrong? A masters is a masters when you are already a teacher. If your school says University of Phoenix is good enough for them, why would you not go there? It's one night a week from 6-10pm at night. The rest you do on your own time.

Let me also leave you with this. My brother got his masters in HR from MSU. It's called something different but for a person like you I just call it a HR Masters. All the Fortune 500 companies snatched them all up after they graduated. Starting with almost 6 figure jobs in some of the biggest companies. Eventually he became the VP of HR for a fortune 500. That's $1 million dollar a year job. Do fortune 500's come to your school? They didn't come to EMU.
