We should be subject to kings, presidents, rulers, and magistrates, in obeying, honoring, and sustaining the law. That's if we want a civilized country. Now, obviously there are corrupt and evil kings and so on. The first step is to attempt to work within the law to make changes. If there is no way, and the laws are really bad, then we have the right to to alter or abolish it if the government becomes destructive as we did in 1776. We have the first 10 Bill of Rights which limits Government and how they can create a destructive government. We have a good government that has checks and balances. From time to time, it gets too big and controlling. We then elect to make changes rather than riot and forcefully make changes with guns.
