Apartheid

Please the next time the word apartheid is brought up regarding Israel, let them read what is happening in South Africa still; how black and white equality, politically, economically or socially exists.
Tell that to the African refugees Israel is sticking in concentration camps out in the desert.

So are Israeli-Jews and Israeli-Arabs.

That's right! So why is Israel deciding what they can and cannot do? Why is Israel restricting their freedom of movement? Restricting their territorial waters? Restricting their international trade? Killing their leaders?

It's a little hard to do that, when the country next door, keeps murdering the people you put in charge of those jobs.

A population under occupation, can only do what it is allowed to do.

But Israeli-Jews and Israeli-Arabs, are.

But there are federal laws that apply to everyone and supersede state laws.

That depends on what rights you're referring to.

This isn't an income tax issue.

Right now, they're dealing with what little rights Israel allows them to have.

Before tossing around the word apartheid, maybe it would better serve the palestinians to truly understand the term as it was applied to SA instead, and how little things have changed since apartheid "ended".
Things didn't change there, until SA went through its own BDS movement.

1) They are not refugees but illegal immigrants so face internment when caught, no different to your prison were the inmates get sandwiches for lunch and wear pink overalls.

2) Correct and you have not shown the Israel treats them any differently inside Israels borders.

3) Simple there is a war raging and people get killed, other people suffer as well. Just as your troops made the people of Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan suffer

4) So Israel has constantly killed 100 people a day who were elected representatives of the people. That is 3,000 people killed for being elected representatives since 2006. Or is it just terrorist leaders that are killed being valid targets under International Law.

5) And it is allowed to offer peace and mutually agreed borders to the occupiers, who are legally bound to respond and agree terms.

6) Once again show were Isreali muslims and Christians have different laws to Israeli Jews inside the borders of Israel.

7) Israel is not an American state, and the west bank is not part of Israel

8) Of topic

9) It is as that is what pays for the infrastructure, in the Palestinians case they owe Israel for water and electricity and will see both shut off if they don't pay their debts.

10) No they are still ruled by the P.A. and it is in their power to have the occupation lifted, only a complete idiot would turn their back on a rabid wolf pack like we have in Palestine. So the Israelis enforce International law as vested in the Geneva conventions and the Palestinians end up better of.

11) Big difference that was UN sanctioned and was not racially/religiously motivated. The BDS movement has been hijacked by ANTI SEMITIC JEW HATERS to give their racism some legitimacy, the worlds governments have started to close the BDS movement down using racist/civil rights laws.

Once again show were Isreali muslims and Christians have different laws to Israeli Jews inside the borders of Israel.

I checked some of those laws and in no way do they single out Arab citizens or legal Arab residents of Israel. Heck Hoss, you are the Sturmabteilung type, you check out on everything a Sturmabteilung should be. You are also an Antisemite, you just substitute Jewish semites with Arab semites. I bet you are a closet Stormfronter.
Who's we? LOL.

You present garbage Islamist propaganda. There are currently 1.8 million Arab Muslims in Israel living as citizens with the exact same rights as the other Israelis. When Israel annexes the West Bank, all the Arabs will have the same rights as other Israelis as well.

I present fact. There are 50 or more Israeli laws that discriminate against non-Jews. Full stop. The article just points it out and has a link to the discriminatory laws.

None of your lying will change that fact.

Even the US acknowledges a few of the areas of discrimination, and for the U.S. to write something like that it means that there is a whole lot of abuse practiced by the Israelis.

Israel practices “institutional and societal discrimination” against its Palestinian citizens: US State Department Country Reports on Human Rights Practices for 2012.

The State Department notes the following:

“Resources devoted to Arabic education were inferior to those devoted to Hebrew education in the public education system.”

“Approximately 93 percent of land was in the public domain, including approximately 12.5 percent owned by the NGO Jewish National Fund (JNF), whose statutes prohibit sale or lease of land to non-Jews.”

“Approximately 60,000 Bedouin lived in at least 46 unrecognized tent or shack villages that did not have water and electricity and lacked educational, health, and welfare services.”

“The law bars family reunification when a citizen’s spouse is a non-Jewish citizen of Iran, Iraq, Syria, or Lebanon. Citizens may apply for temporary visit permits for Palestinian male spouses 35 years old or older or Palestinian female spouses 25 years old or older, but may not receive residency based on their marriage and have no path to citizenship.

Oh my goodness, and here Defeat67's Arab Muslim brethren are responsible for all those Black Muslim women from Darfur living in tents in refugee camps in Chad. I wonder if Defeat67 has any coimpassion for these unfortunate women that he at least chips in for solar cookers for them so that they don't have to leave the camps to search for cooling fuel where they stand a good chance of being raped.

Israel?s discriminatory laws are embedding racial inequality | TheHill
Your link provides an article in The Hill of two activists opinions and they provide a link of an Arab activist group that links the laws you posted. I checked some of those laws and in no way do they single out Arab citizens or legal Arab residents of Israel. You Jew hating terrorist lovers just keep spewing lies and fantasie and it's almost laughable if people weren't being killed. Go back to StormFront. They'll eat up your B.S.

The Hill article provides a link to Adalah’s Discriminatory Laws Database.

We present facts, you parrot Zionist propaganda and don't have one original thought, just an irrational hate of Muslims.

Heck Hoss, you are the Sturmabteilung type, you check out on everything a Sturmabteilung should be. You are also an Antisemite, you just substitute Jewish semites with Arab semites. I bet you are a closet Stormfronter.
The article the Hill refers to has been exposed as garbage. Facts my ass! Like I said you have nothing but Islamist manure.

Adalah

On May 30, 2013 Adalah and the Negev Coexistence Forum (NCF) published a one-sided and factually inaccurate position paper (funded by the EU), reviewing the “Prawer-Begin Bill and the Forced Displacement of the Bedouin” and accusing Israel of “forcible displacement,” “dispossession,” and attempting to implement “the complete and final severance of the Bedouin’s historical ties to their land.”

Ha ha ha. You just got your butt handed to you.

Like I said your "Adalah", is a pile of Islamist manure, just like yourself:

NGO monitor:

Adalah

-In April 2002, following Israel’s Operation Defensive Shield, Adalah filed a petition falsely alleging that the Israeli army “was collecting dead bodies on the outskirts of the Jenin refugee camp, apparently with the intention of burying them in mass, anonymous or numbered graves.” While the claims were later found to be baseless, the allegations continue to be exploited by anti-Israel organizations in an effort to demonize the state of Israel.

-Adalah Director Hassan Jabareen and several colleagues played an active role in the NGO Forum of the UN World Conference Against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance (WCAR) held in Durban in 2001, which was organized in an effort to promote the demonization and delegitimization of Israel, and served as the foundation for the boycotts, demonization, and sanctions (BDS) movement.

Wow, Do you have anything but this garbage from neo Nazi, IslamoNazi type organizations?

"facts" Ha ha ha ho ho ho hee hee hee. You are funny!

A blog for your link.........get real the author could write that the moon was paved with Gold and it would never be questioned by the likes of you.

Who's we?

Country Reports on Human Rights Practices for 2012

What about the Palestinians living in tents inside concentration camps in muslim nations, the same families that have been locked away with no rights for 67 years. Any thing to say about them and their plight, that they are just ISLAMONAZI PAWNS to get the sympathy vote from the bleeding heart liberals.

See, that;s the problem. Activists against Israel want everyone to think that these Palestinians have it so bad when so many of the refugees camps are now like cities. However, you never want to bring up that these Palestinian Arabs living in other Arab countries are just being used as pawns. I can just imagine how many forums all over the Internet Defeat67 and friends are on busy demonizing Israel and closing their eyes to what the Muslims are doing to others.

the authors are confusing Israeli right with palestinian rights. Palestinians don't have a right to dictate what laws Israel passes, Israelis do.
Arabs turned down a palestinian state along side Israel. Palestinians left because they didn't want to be part of and Israeli state. They have lost every war and still they want to demand what laws Israel passes regarding it's own people?

I bet you are a closet Stormfronter.

the authors are confusing Israeli right with palestinian rights.

Since those like Defeat67 try to smear Israel with the same Apartheid which haplpened in South Africa, I wonder if he can tell us about any Blacks who went to a South African University and came out with a PhD like this Arab woman? While this Arab woman made something of herself, Defeat67 just goes on and on about this false Apartheid that he wants everyone to think happens in Israel.

There were successful blacks during Apartheid in South Africa. That doesn't mean anything at all.

"He graduated from the University of Swaziland and then became one of the few black law graduates of the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, designated whites-only by the apartheid government (Motsepe had to apply for an exemption to attend). In 1988 he joined Bowman Gilfillan, one of South Africa’s largest corporate law firms, and in 1993 he became the firm’s first black partner. "

Note: Apartheid ended in 1994.

Niw really, Defeat67, it really is a joke for you to contiue smearing Israel with Apartheid. Most of the Blacks were living in places like Soweto. There were so few Blacks who got ahead in South Africa while many Arabs have great jobs in Israel. They are working as researchers, doctors, etc. in Israel, jobs that you would never see in abundance for Blacks in South Africa. I have a great ioea. There is an Arab woman in Israel who sells very expensive soap. People order from all around the world. Why don't you shave off your beard, order some soap from this woman, and wash away your fixation of trying to smear Israel with Apartheid. I think I would rather listen to some South Africans who actually lived under Apartheid and have visited Israel who say there is no Apartheid in Israel. Meanwhile, why don't you tell us how your Muslim brothers treat those who are non Muslims so equally in their countries? Surely such a tolerant people as your fellow Muslims must treat all the different groups so fairly.

You are so deluded. You really believe the propaganda. I worked in South Africa during (and after) Apartheid you silly cow and I've worked in Israel, the Jews of Israel and the Boers in SA dealt with, in private, spoke about the people they ruled over in exactly the same way.

There were successful non-Whites in Apartheid SA as there are successful non-Jews in Apartheid Israel. No difference.
