Tell that to the African refugees Israel is sticking in concentration camps out in the desert. Please the next time the word apartheid is brought up regarding Israel, let them read what is happening in South Africa still; how black and white equality, politically, economically or socially exists.
So are Israeli-Jews and Israeli-Arabs.
That's right! So why is Israel deciding what they can and cannot do? Why is Israel restricting their freedom of movement? Restricting their territorial waters? Restricting their international trade? Killing their leaders?
It's a little hard to do that, when the country next door, keeps murdering the people you put in charge of those jobs.
A population under occupation, can only do what it is allowed to do.
But Israeli-Jews and Israeli-Arabs, are.
But there are federal laws that apply to everyone and supersede state laws.
That depends on what rights you're referring to.
This isn't an income tax issue.
Right now, they're dealing with what little rights Israel allows them to have.
Things didn't change there, until SA went through its own BDS movement. Before tossing around the word apartheid, maybe it would better serve the palestinians to truly understand the term as it was applied to SA instead, and how little things have changed since apartheid "ended".
1) They are not refugees but illegal immigrants so face internment when caught, no different to your prison were the inmates get sandwiches for lunch and wear pink overalls.
2) Correct and you have not shown the Israel treats them any differently inside Israels borders.
3) Simple there is a war raging and people get killed, other people suffer as well. Just as your troops made the people of Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan suffer
4) So Israel has constantly killed 100 people a day who were elected representatives of the people. That is 3,000 people killed for being elected representatives since 2006. Or is it just terrorist leaders that are killed being valid targets under International Law.
5) And it is allowed to offer peace and mutually agreed borders to the occupiers, who are legally bound to respond and agree terms.
6) Once again show were Isreali muslims and Christians have different laws to Israeli Jews inside the borders of Israel.
7) Israel is not an American state, and the west bank is not part of Israel
8) Of topic
9) It is as that is what pays for the infrastructure, in the Palestinians case they owe Israel for water and electricity and will see both shut off if they don't pay their debts.
10) No they are still ruled by the P.A. and it is in their power to have the occupation lifted, only a complete idiot would turn their back on a rabid wolf pack like we have in Palestine. So the Israelis enforce International law as vested in the Geneva conventions and the Palestinians end up better of.
11) Big difference that was UN sanctioned and was not racially/religiously motivated. The BDS movement has been hijacked by ANTI SEMITIC JEW HATERS to give their racism some legitimacy, the worlds governments have started to close the BDS movement down using racist/civil rights laws.
Once again show were Isreali muslims and Christians have different laws to Israeli Jews inside the borders of Israel.
