The problem is that people are using the algorithms to get rid of people they don't like, who are saying things they don't like, and Facebook is enabling this.

The left backed off and started criticizing it as right wing echo chamber. The problem if it ever became an echo chamber is directly because of the fact that people on the left started abandoning it.

The left couldn’t handle that there was a platform that allowed everybody to share their opinions equally. Nobody ever said that Democrat couldn’t post there, in fact, the platform was made as a place for everybody could share their opinions no matter what. Instead, the left created platforms like bluesky where diversity of opinion is pretty much stifled. Try being a right winger on that platform and going there and posting something and you’ll be shouted down vigorously by the left, and very possibly booted from the platform.

The left can’t tolerate any space that it can’t control so rather than participating in an open platform they move themselves to their own special corner, where they don’t allow anybody else in that proves that it’s actually the right has more diversity of thought and speech

Diversity of speech is not what I would call what as allowed. Bullying, misogyny, hate speech, and conspiracy theories and lies would be an apt description of it.

When Musk’s AI was undressing digitally undressing photos of underage girls, Musk put it behind a paywall. He didn’t change the programming.

For the same reason I chose to stay away from criminal hangouts and dark alleys, because I choose not to associate with these people, I choose not to associate with the class of people posting on X, nor do I choose to read their vile posts.

Musk and xAI have said that they are taking action “against illegal content on X, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), by removing it, permanently suspending accounts, and working with local governments and law enforcement as necessary.”

I have no idea because I'm not on either platform. I was on X but only to run ads for my business. After Musk took over, I stopped my ads, and stopped participating. I've never been on BlueSky, and since I didn't like Twitter, I didn't bother with BlueSky.

Why did you stop advertising on X? You’re going to punish your business for political spite?
