Two issues with this.

One, we could have made a deal. In fact, the Iranians wanted to make a deal.

Two, last year Trump damaged their facilities and buried their uranium.

There was no imminent threat of any nuclear war, not by a mile.

Obama made a deal, unfortunately it was violated. Trump obliterated Fordo and other sites because the Mullahs ignored Obama and just kept enriching. Iran was a nuclear threat as their nuclear weapons capability was imminent. Given that they (Mullahs) constantly chanted 'death to America'...had taken American hostages and killed Americans in the past...bombed our embassy...had and still have terrorist cells in the U.S.....Given all that, It's time, IMO, to take out the IRGC and then the Mullahs will be easy targets. The Iranian people would cheer us. Democrats will still have TDS though.

Russia, China and N. Korea already have nukes. Trump has not threatened any of them, he negotiates. The Mullahs don't negotiate and they vow death to America. Big difference.

Of course they violated the deal! That is the whole point isn't it? They violate every deal, they consider it a demand of their honor to lie to us. Iran will not ever willingly agree to anything which does not favor them unless forced to. Which is why I question why we are dealing with Iran again. Just what leverage does Iran have to negotiate within the first place? Iran must accept whatever terms we insist on, unless we are simply not willing to do what it would take to defeat them and they know it.

Not only must Iran be made to concede to whatever demands we set forth at any cost, they must also be strictly adhered to, and the cost of this war and all subsequent enforcement all comes from their profits, not ours. In effect, Iran becomes a puppet regime and proxy to the USA or some outside governing body as Iran simply never was and should not be considered responsible enough with too much power of its own because everytime it has had it, it abuses it.

Iran has really only been a problem to other countries since they kicked the Shaw out and installed their own hyper-religious Islamic regime in its place.

Well, if one does not vote, they have no say about what the Government does. Besides, voting is not just about one person, one issue, etc. There are a myriad of people and issues that are on the ballot. Why would anyone just not vote at all?

In addition, one learns of issues that may directly affect them whether they vote yes or no and make adequate plans to deal with them.

I do have to say this. Trump has big balls to take on Iran and constantly cheat death, but if he's looking to make peace with Iran than he's got another thing coming.
