It's mostly the IRGC. Everyone is afraid of them because they have all the weapons. The problem is separating them from the innocent civilians that they use for shields. Right now, IMO, Trump is no ruling out taking out a bridge or two if they don't come to the negotiating table in good faith. Unfortunately also, IMO, they will never do that. I predict they'll suffer infrastructure losses bit by bit if they keep playing around. First bridges then a power plant, etc. Only the Iranian people are capable of rooting out the Islamic radicals today.
