The excuse the justice department gave is laughable

Chad Gilmartin, a Justice Department spokesperson, said the “website was updated after a technical error where one of the signatures President Trump personally signed was mistakenly uploaded multiple times due to staffing issues caused by the Democrat shutdown.”

Pardon documents, like any paperwork are not uploaded in parts, and patched together like a photoshop.

They are scanned as a document. But the DOJ had to replace the signatures on Trumps pardons from Nov 7th, because they were all identical.
