Where does the new water come from?That's what happens in interglacial periods. The planet warms up and the sea level rises. Been rising since the end of the last glacial period. There's nothing unusual about it. Happens after every glacial period ends. What would be unusual would be if the sea level stayed constant and never rose or never fell.
