I grew up in a minority neighbourhood. Of course black people are racist to say otherwise is absurd. Like racism among whites, it is still not the majority.

Unfortunately, many black racists speak openly and pretend that their racism isn't racism because it is targetting a majority. They then encourage others blacks to be racist through their actions.
