Of all the QBs to play in all of those meaningless games there is only one in the 54 years who stands at the top in quality of performance as determined by the NFL QB passer rating.
That QB is not Peyton Manning... or Steve Young or the Great Joe Montana.
With a rating of 130.3 average over this season's preseason games the best QB in the preseason of all time is.....
Russell Wilson.
