Another lie debunked-Trump has broken no laws

Trump has broken a bunch of laws during his presidency. However the Trump supporters who can see violations of law by anyone who oppose Trump when there are none can't seem to see any Trump has broken. So let's look at one.

header-logo_bronze-resized-5-2.png

Hobbs Act (18 U.S.C. § 1951) which prohibits actual or attempted robbery or extortion affecting interstate or foreign commerce. Section 1951 also proscribes conspiracy to commit robbery or extortion without reference to the conspiracy statute at 18 U.S.C. § 371.

9-131.000 - The Hobbs Act - 18 U.S.C. § 1951

Trumps mere attempt to withhold funds to the Ukraine in return for investigating Biden affects foreign commerce.
And you ignorant ijit, got your law degree where?
Calling me names doesn't stop the fact that Trump violate this act.

I’m voting for Don again!

what am i? YOUR SLAVE?

Congress want Trump's taxes, and so do the american people. and the only way to do that is to impeach him and threaten to throw his butt in jail

So not providing something he is legally entitled to withhold is OBSTRUCTION OF CONGRESS? Wow, that was leap I didn't see coming. You or the commies in congress can't invent shit and say it's an impeachable offense. You said he obstructed congress, now it's your job to prove that is a violation of LAW.

Still has not been arrested and more important-HE IS STILL YOUR PRESIDENT!

Amazing how much the Tards are mad that Trump's supporters are, well, STILL SUPPORTING HIM, despite all their wrangling and childish complaints! Every president breaks laws, we have so many laws in this country that no one is free of not breaking something. The matter which they have stated over and over and over again as with Hillary is HAS HE BEEN CONVICTED OF ANY CRIMES? And just like Hillary, the answer is no. And what is good for Hillary is good for Trump.

If you are worried about laws, here is the short list of all the laws we already know Hillary broke:

Hillary broke other laws-worse ones.

Hillary broke no laws.

Using your standard, yes she did. It hasn't been proven yet that Trump has broken any laws, yet you keep saying he has, just like those who keep saying Hillary broke laws but wasn't indicted because she didn't mean to.

True.

And of course, whether Trump broke any laws or not has no bearing on the merits of impeachment.

A president can be removed from office via the impeachment process absent any criminal wrongdoing.

Indeed. However will the Senate allow this Progressive Marxist Socialist/DSA Democrat political atrocity to occur?

The only atrocity will be when the Senate doesn't convict Trump of the things that are about to be revealed to the nation.

Which will give Trump a ready made campaign issue to run on. It's why Pelosi had to be dragged kicking and screaming into it, it's such a massive risk with a huge blow back.

I got news for you,he WONT get arrested either and WILL be our president at LEAST till the next election.

of course he has not been arrested charlie,no president has EVER been arrested, why would that change all of a sudden now?:cuckoo::laughing0301::lmao:

no president will EVER be arrested because they are above the law as all politicians are always committing crimes everyday WE go to jail for.:lmao::laughing0301:

"A bunch of laws"? People freaking died during the Obama administration. Hussein allegedly ate pizza while Benghazi defenders ran out of ammunition. Obama was guilty of accessory to murder when one of the weapons he authorized to be shipped to Mexican drug cartels was used to murder a Border Patrol Officer. Obama authorized a drone strike on a U.S. citizen who was alleged to have terrorist connections and killed his son and a friend. Hussein dismissed it as "collateral damage". How many laws were broken when Hussein authorized the shipment of billions of dollars in U.S. taxpayer cash to a regime that supports terrorism? How many laws were broken when Hussein used bogus information from a foreign agent to conduct an illegal surveillance on a political enemy? Now the crazy angry political coup left wants to impeach a republican over a freaking phone call? Don't make me laugh.

whitehall usually rambles on senselessly but this is ONE TIME he did NOT.LOL

These facts just prove my point FOR ME that presidents are above the law and get away with crimes including murder that we go to jail for.

I could fuck with you more, but I won't, that section covers obstruction of justice. Now show me where the intel committee or the ICIG has proper authority over a diplomatic phone call, or anything doing with foreign diplomacy. There can be no obstruction of an improper inquiry, the committee has to have jurisdiction.

Yeah, except the post contacted the WH and they said that didn't happen. You're happy to believe anything that fits the narrative, doesn't make them true.

Your the second commie today to ignore my challenge to prove jurisdiction of the intel committee or the ICIG. What's wrong, do facts bother your?

According to you, he broke the law you posted. He should have gone to prison for 5 years, but in typical sleazebag leftwing fashion you're defending him.

Again no law need be broken for impeachment. It is a political process not a legal one. What the House charges Trump did wrong are the charges, and the Senate decodes if Trump is guilty of the charges.,

Damn you people are stupid, the founders warned about political impeachment, is that really the standard you want to set? Do you really want to be a banana republic?

.
The founders made the impeachment a political process. But in this case Trump has broken laws. So if we want to become a banana republic, we keep letting Trump do what he's been doing.

Perhaps you can point to the laws he supposedly broke, and not the one in your ridiculous OP, that one is laughable on its face.

.
It is apparent you know little of the impeachment process. Can I suggest some books on the subject? One of the charges made in the Johnson impeachment was that he yelled at the Congress.
Maybe a good start would be some simple research.
