And now 6 Trump Fake electors are indicted in Nevada

Have you gotten their home addresses yet and made plans to protest their homes, de-bank them and terrorize their families yet?

Wow! He must be a psychic! Alternate electors are just as qualified as any other elector, what makes one or the other legitimate is which one is picked on certification day.
And another on the reprehensible right attempts to defend the indefensible.

You’re attempting – and failing – to defend treasonous criminals who sought to overturn a fair, honest, accurate, lawful election reflecting the will of the people and disenfranchise millions of American voters.

That’s wrong and reprehensible.
Cite the law that makes fake electors illegal
Stop with the bullshit blather

Retard maybe you can do something no one has done. Cite the statute that makes fake electors criminal

No you didn't
There are no laws dealing with fake electors because you dumb son of a bitch it's not illegal
It wasn't illegal in 1876 it wasn't illegal when Kennedy did it and no remedy was created to prevent it
You should write a stern letter to the Nevada court's, outlining your case.

As usual, you're FOS, moron.

You C_Clayton_Jones, along with Smokin' OP, 0311, Zincwarrior and Dante are dealing with somebody here bigrebnc1775 who is confused by an imaginary sense of being able to grasp the basics. He's been a victim FOX News (and their ilk),for decades. They're fed shit (warm diarrhea in a dixie cup), and told it's Ice cream. They get hung up on asking people things like 'prove collusion' - thinking if a crime hasn't been charged, there's no collusion. Even the simple folk all know, collusion isn't a crime. It's what people collude to do that can be, or is a crime. Same here goes with 'fake electors.' The dopey cultist keeps asking for a statute, as if that means a fake elector can't be prosecuted for what it tries to do as a fake elector -- like falsely submit ...

time for your meds bigrebnc1775

Trump Fake Electors Buckle In Wisconsin, Charged In Nevada.

WASHINGTON, Dec 7 (Reuters) - Nevada charged six Republican fake electors in connection with a scheme to overturn Donald Trump's 2020 election loss to President Joe Biden, while 10 false electors reached a legal settlement in Wisconsin that affirmed the Democrat's victory.

The indictments made Nevada the third state, behind Michigan and Georgia, to bring charges against Republicans who served as fake electors in 2020. In Wisconsin's civil lawsuit, the Republican electors admitted the effort to overturn election results and acknowledged Biden's victory as legitimate.

In U.S. presidential elections, voters do not directly pick who goes to the White House. Instead, their ballots determine each state's slate of electors, who select the president in a process mandated by the Constitution.

Breaking New From Politico:

Appeals Court Largely Upholds Trump's Federal Gag Order.

A federal appeals court has largely upheld a gag order on Donald Trump, concluding that Trump’s rhetoric poses “real-time, real-world consequences” that threaten the integrity of his upcoming criminal trial over his attempts to subvert the 2020 presidential election.

A three-judge panel of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Trump’s complaints about free speech and his presidential candidacy ring hollow when juxtaposed with the “imminent” threats his invective has posed to witnesses and the court proceedings themselves.

The court had a duty to act proactively to prevent the creation of an atmosphere of fear or intimidation aimed at preventing trial participants and staff from performing their functions within the trial process,” Judge Patricia Millett wrote for the unanimous court. She and the other two judges on the panel are Democratic appointees.
