Oh my.

quotes:
Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford has announced felony charges against six so-called "fake electors" for their alleged role in efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election, his office announced Wednesday.

Among those charged are some of the top officials from the Nevada Republican Party, including Nevada Republican Party Chairman Michael McDonald, Nevada Republican Party National Committeeman Jim DeGraffenreid, Clark County Republican Party Chairman Jesse Law and Storey County Clerk Jim Hindle, as well as Republican operatives Shawn Meehan and Eileen Rice.

Throw their traitorous ass in jail.

It wasn't illegal in 1876 nor was it illegally when Kennedy did it. No remedy has been made to prevent it

As usual the reprehensible right attempts to defend the indefensible.

In 1876, our country experienced a presidential election between Samuel Tilden (the Democratic nominee) and Rutherford B. Hayes (the Republican nominee) that was even more chaotic than our last one. In an election noteworthy for heavy turnout, violence, and widespread allegations of voter fraud, Tilden carried the popular vote, but the results of the electoral college vote were in doubt. While Tilden won 184 electoral votes to Hayes’s 165 votes, four states (Florida, Louisiana, South Carolina, and Oregon) with a total of 20 electoral votes submitted two slates of electors, one voting for Tilden and the other voting for Hayes.

Historical Precedent

As stated earlier, both Kenneth Chesebro and Ray Smith referenced what happened in Hawaii in 1960 following the presidential election as applicable precedent for what they recommended and what they did. So, what happened in Hawaii in 1960?

The presidential election that year between Richard Nixon and John Kennedy was also hotly contested in many states, including Hawaii with its three electoral college votes. Shortly after the election, Nixon was declared the winner there by 141 votes, and the acting Governor (and then-Lieutenant Governor) James Kealoha certified him as such. The Kennedy campaign filed a legal action contesting the outcome and citing alleged

Have you gotten their home addresses yet and made plans to protest their homes, de-bank them and terrorize their families yet?

Wow! He must be a psychic! Alternate electors are just as qualified as any other elector, what makes one or the other legitimate is which one is picked on certification day.

A grand jury disagrees.

Reminds me of the other day when someone in the state legislature resigned and the governor of the state announced her solemn duty to refill the vacancy, except that according to state law, it is the legislature's job and she has no authority to fill such a seat.

Also reminds me of all the times (12-15) that the supreme court slapped down Obumma and Biden for exceeding their authority.

Bottom line is that just putting a person in a position of power is no guarantee anymore that they know shit.
