The Super Bowl has gone far beyond my powers of comprehension.

An acquaintance of mine won two tickets and a package of associated stuff (plane fare, motel accommodations, food, etc). Because of his job it would be inconvenient for him to use them, so he floated something on FB, indicating he was willing to sell them. He was getting offers of over twenty grand.

It's only a game.

If Goodell wasn't a craven coward, he would simply tell people this is a sport and should not delve into politics. But then, all Goodell cares about is money and was probably told that if they didn't get their way, they'd boycott him with bad press.
