Can now rest in a tiny bit more peace. Four days ago, on May 25, 2006, Casey Sheehan's grave finally got a headstone.

I haven't read the post, but have read some about this. Wonder if she had any say, or if it was all the ex-husband? In any case, the reading doesn't sound like her...

It was all Cindy. Her public excuse had to do with a few paperwork screw-ups that meant she would have to actually pay for one out of her own (six figure insurance claim) pocket until the matter was resolved. In fact, there was a short-lived fundraiser that was supposed to send her the money to buy the headstone (with a legally binding condition that she spend the money on a headstone. It would seem, however, that it never got off the ground.
