Funny you say that Frank. I just ordered a few things from A about 10 days ago, my first order in months figuring they were busy with masks and stuff. Got everything except a pair of sweats, and one other thing that has been delayed and both won't get here till next week!

For several years I have bought heavily from Amazon because a lot of the stuff I need is not stocked locally - I have to drive 40 miles to get it or a local shop will order it for me and I'd get it in 2-3 weeks. With Amazon it'd be here in one week and cost less. But now Amazon is quoting 4 or more weeks for delivery and the prices aren't quite as competitive as they were.

The 40 miles doesn't seem so bad now that the roads are almost traffic free.

I'm sure Amazon doesn't miss my business - they only say they do.

As much as people love to shit on the guy behind Amazon, the service is amazing. I bought a Kindle Fire when they first came out, and it had some sort of battery problem. I spent maybe five minutes talking to a rep online, and had a new Kindle two days later.
