Allow me to sum up what leftwing economic goals are

Many civilized countries have a much lower inflation rate than we do.

A lot of those rates don’t seem very high....
Lol none of this changes the fact that inflation is currently HIGHER all over the world. That means making it about Biden is fucking stupid.

It's a shithole. Same thing.
You seem to have this idea in your mind that I am going to defend Venezuela when it’s obvious I’m not going to. I don’t give a fuck about this country. You’re the one who thinks it is relevant. You’re the one that brought it up. This is stupid of course because it has a private economy so making a case against socialism does not make any sense.

Inflation is not higher all over the world. In fact some countries are in a negative inflation rate. The US comes in about 14 in inflation, and there are all kinds of policies from Dementia we can point to that brought us here.

Where are you getting the ridiculous idea that only homeless people are poor? Just because being homeless is better than being poor with a home does not somehow mean it is the only measure of poverty.

Poverty is a choice in the United States, not an affliction. We have a lot of jobs that pay well that people won't take. Using my former career, truck driving is a perfect example. You can make in the $50.000 range in your first year, and some of the jobs pay into six figures depending on what kind of job you're willing to do. Even Walmart is offering their warehouse people free training and a new career in transportation that can pay up to six figures. In spite of all that, our country is currently short 60.000 drivers industry can't find, and it's predicted to only get worse from here.

1) Policy to work towards anyone working 40 hours a week is not living in poverty.
Grown adults trying to make burger flipping a career to raise six children on is the problem…the 40 million beaners you begged to invade is the problem…fix the real problems that you created and then let’s talk.
2) Unions to ensure good compensation and benefits.
Union workers already have that.
3) Ending the ridiculous loopholes that allows the wealthy and corporations to not pay taxes. See, the OFFICIAL tax rate that corporations are supposed to pay is not the EFFECTIVE tax rate they actually pay.
Corporations are pass-through entities, they aren’t supposed to pay income taxes, the shareholders do.
4) Improving US infrastructure. It’s something that republicans agree with yet they won’t give democrats credit for it even though Biden passed signature legislation for it.
Like the environment, you have no genuine interest in improving infrastructure, if you did you wouldn’t beg 40 million thirdworlders to invade and destroy our infrastructure.

Now I’m not suggesting that democrats in office are doing enough for the above, but they are still goals progressive voters want.

Notice how none of the above has anything to do with ending capitalism or able bodied adults just mooching off the government full time.

Any company can organize a union if they desire. Why won't they? Because we lived during the time when unions were chasing jobs out of the country. Now we depend on China to make a lot of our products we used to make. Want more jobs to leave? Bring back unions again.

Proposed tax rates and effective tax rates have been different as long as I've been alive and that's not going to change. Your party is in charge now, so where are these tax changes we were promised? I guess in the same place that the national minimum wage of $15.00 an hour are now. Better question: How did Hillary and Dementia raise record amounts of money for their campaigns, the homeless?

Billy000 would then just beg for more government control…that’s what they do…they manifest and foster big problems and then beg for Father Government / the American taxpayer to bail them out when they implode in their face.

The left acts like this is some sort of new Republican concept. I got into the workforce in 1978. Nobody could afford a home or an apartment yet alone raise a family on minimum wage. I worked and lived at home until I got enough work experience to get a better paying job. Then I moved out at the age of 20. And the only reason I could barely get an apartment is because the company I worked for had a schedule of 6 day work weeks and overtime gave the the resources I needed to put a roof over my head.

Nothing has changed since then. You still can't afford an apartment or house working MW, you still can't raise a family on MW, and you will always be a failure in life until you learn the skills needed to make enough to move out of your parents home. Nothing has changed since the 70's.

You are from the “make something of yourself era” whereas Billy000 is a leftist who shamelessly begs for Father Government to make something of him.

That's the problem in this country today. It's why we have a labor shortage. Nobody wants to get their hands dirty and do whatever it takes to get ahead in life. I work at the car wash because I don't want to get off of dope to get a better paying job, and government should guarantee me I can continue working at the car wash and make (what they call) a livable wage.

Oh, I can do it myself, but why should I make any sacrifices. Isn't that what a federal government is for?

God this shit gets so nauseating. Okay we get it. You’re a independent strong tough guy who works hard derp derp derp!

Dude no one cares. I’m sorry but you’re not special simply because you have a job. The unemployment rate is 3.6%. That means the large majority of people have jobs and understand the importance of having one. You’re pretending otherwise because it makes you feel manly and superior but it’s a total false sense. I have a full time job but obviously I don’t gloat about it.

I work full time and I am completely content supporting myself. You pretend otherwise because you’re an idiot who thinks he’s special because he has a job for some reason lol. The unemployment rate is 3.6% you moron. It’s already basic common sense that people should support themselves. You’re preaching to basically no one. I get that you’re deeply insecure and want to feel manly and tough, but there’s real ways to do it.

Let me explain some basic logic to you. Higher paying jobs are greatly outnumbered by lower paying jobs. That means millions of workers have NO CHOICE but to have shitty paying Jobs. To suggest that EVERYONE would get better jobs if they tried harder is simplistic and does not make any sense. But okay let’s say there were enough positions. Who would be left behind to do those lower income jobs that corporations depend on?

thats just hyped up from employers that dont want to pay a resonable wage

When it happens, then let's discuss it. But since it's constant, let's focus on the fact that livable wage jobs (whatever the hell that is) exist now and always have. If we ever get to the point of those jobs all being taken, then we can advance to those lower paying jobs.

What you are worth is whatever it takes for your employer to replace you with a person that can do the same job and quality of work that you do. That's all any of us are worth. Now if you were making 20 bucks an hour and quit because you didn't get a raise you asked for, and your employer replaces you with somebody for the same money, that's all you were ever worth. If he can find somebody to do your job for $18.00 an hour, you were overpaid. If he has to up his offer to $22.00 an hour, you were right on leaving because you were underpaid.

So what would employers do if they ran out of lower wage workers to do the job? They would have to increase their offer to replace you.

I'm not gloating about anything other than the fact I worked my way to a better position so I could make more money. All I'm suggesting here is others do the same. If I can do it, why can't others?

In my experience we have a huge drug problem in this country when it comes to employment. Better paying jobs usually have a random drug screening process. But that doesn't mean some are unfortunate because they take drugs. Taking drugs is a choice and that needs to be secondary in their priority list.

The bottom line is people choose to work those low wage jobs. They have other opportunities they can exercise, but they don't because intoxication is higher on their list of priorities than income. Government nor society should be rectifying that problem. Only the individual can do that.
