Liquor stores in Pennsylvania are owned and run by the state. They're not mom n pop liquor stores, and you

can't buy beer, liquor, or wine at gas stations and grocery stores there.

All booze goes through state stores in PA.

Funny note, all the liquor stores were closed when covid hit. That lasted two weeks. The bridge to Camden (across the river, in NJ) was a traffic jam the entire time.
