Where was the SCOTUS concern for the LAW when Joe was sweeping in 15 million illegals breaking and bastardizing every immigration LAW on the books?

SCOTUS has not made a decisionThe SCOTUS f'ed up big time. I'm pretty sure when an illegal RAPES or MURDERS a SCOTUS family member they will sing an entirely different tune.
I'm just quoting CNN, but Biden let in 7m - 10m.Check your facts.
There were 10-12 million here during Trump's first Administration.
Biden added 3-5 million which is bad.
But you can't blame Biden on the ones that where here during Trump I. WW

Yes, Obama deported more people than Trump but context is everything
President Donald Trump wants to deport a lot of people this weekend. "You know what? They came in illegally. They have to go out," he told reporters Friday as he confirmed that planned immigration raids would go ahead in certain cities starting this weekend.www.cnn.com
Yes, Obama deported more people than Trump but context is everything
"According to an analysis by the Migration Policy Institute, more than 12 million people were “deported” – either removed or returned – from the US during the Clinton administration. More than 10 million were removed or returned during the Bush administration. Far fewer – more than 5 million – were removed or returned during the Obama administration."
Yo Dingle BerryGlad to know that you think sending criminals to prison is bullshit.
Just deport them (those not sent to the El Salvadoran Human Storage Facility) and they can come right back.
Brilliant.
WW
I don't think we do.
I'm fine with deporting them under the proper conditions:
#1 If they have committed crimes - Charge them, try them, convict them, send them to prison, and then deport them upon release. Why deport a criminal to just return, punish them first.
#2 If they are not criminals - follow proper the law, and deport them to their home country.

I'm not OK with ignoring the constitution, ignoring the law and an "ends justifies the means" mentality.
I'm also not OK with playing footloose with the law by the President contracting with a 3rd county for storage space in a Human Storage Facility to put them outside the reach of US courts.
WW
No one elected Biden.I guess you ARE that stupid
We did not give Trump a mandate to break the law
Try 81 million SkippyNo one elected Biden.
While acting as a US President he did not have the Constitutional or Statutory authority to open the fucking borders.
Yo Dingle Berry
The Biden Junta had NO CONSTITUTIONAL OR STATUTORY AUTHORITY to open the fucking borders to over 15,000,000 illegals.
NO FUCKING WAY WE ARE GOING TO SPEND THE NEXT GAZILLION YEARS DOING INDIVIDUAL IMMIGRATION HEARINGS.
Trump has a habit of rushing deportations in the middle of the night, and then ignoring judges telling him to turn them around.Late night USSC decision.
Before circuit courts hear the case
Only hearing one side, the ACLU side, Soviet style, not allowing the government to present their side.
No wonder Alito and Thomas are upset.
The USSC is now a just another democrat "Lawfare" Kangaroo Court.
Where are the legal eagles now whining about justice and the courts?

Alito's dissent in deportation case says court rushed to block Trump with middle-of-the night order
Justice Samuel Alito has written a sharp dissent that castigates the seven-member majority for blocking the Trump administration from deporting any Venezuelans held in northern Texas under an 18th-century wartime law.apnews.com
Alito’s dissent in deportation case says court rushed to block Trump with middle-of-the night order
Alito said that “unprecedented” relief was “hastily and prematurely granted.”
He wrote that it was not clear whether the Supreme Court had jurisdiction at this stage of the case, saying that not all legal avenues had been played out in lower courts and the justices had not had the chance to hear the government’s side.
“The only papers before this Court were those submitted by the applicants. The Court had not ordered or received a response by the Government regarding either the applicants’ factual allegations or any of the legal issues presented by the application. And the Court did not have the benefit of a Government response filed in any of the lower courts either,” Alito said.
I was trying to make the point that Clinton deported 12m, Bush deported 10m, Obama deported 7m, Trump-45 deported 2m, but Biden let in 7m-10m in. Now Trump is trying to deport millions, and the courts are putting up barriers that weren't there for other presidents. So two things.
#1 The article is about people that were refused entry. Not about the Biden administration letting in 12,000,000 new illegal aliens.
That wasn't the link I use to prove how many illegals Biden let in.#2 The article was from 2019. Biden didn’t even become President until 2020. So how did Biden let in 12,000,000 new illegals before he even became President. Hence the recommendation for you to check your facts. WW
Justice, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder.Until the Court rules against you on the merits, then you will bitch and moan about it.

Amen and Constitution not about that
In everything that keeps a nation great we have let in too many immigrants with a high tax social state and not giving them time to assimilate. And part of the problem is the citizens who screwed with other citizens over the years and decades as a percentage of those citizens affected see this as a facet of revenge or to get even with those who messed with them and agree with it because of that.SCOTUS has not made a decision
They have just frozen deportation until they do
So your logic is that people who bypass the legal process by robbing a bank are not entitled to the legal process of a trial
