Vaccinated people still get Covid, the vaccine is not a shield preventative, it's an antibody creator so when you get the virus it's less severe in most cases. The CDC makes the grave error along with MSM to IMPROPERLY say that "you can't get covid from the vaccine"
that confuses what Biden says because he's not smart enough to see the subtle difference between word play, in that it REALLY MEANS; NOT FROM The FORMULATION AND WORKINGS OF THE VACCINE, but you can get covid even if you have been vaccinated.
See the difference between assumptions from what is said from what it means specifically can confuse many people not just a senile old fool like Biden.
So if vaccinated people are more careless then non vaccinated people, and are not being asked to mask or test, and are being allowed in crowds where non vax people are restricted from, then Vaccinated maskless people who will less likely show signs of carrying will be the super spreaders as seen in the Dem TX reps spreader event. Vax people were out celebrating and traveling for the 4th, spreading unknowingly and we can partially blame the CDC, MSM lack of clarity in their words and no leadership reminding vaxers to still be considerate to others including other vax people who are also clueless they can still get covid and still get very ill and in some cases still die (although percentages decrease for the vax crowds they still have to be aware REMEDIES ARE STILL ESSENTIAL to prevent worse case scenarios)
