I have a loved one in the hospital right now, very ill, and EVERY SINGLE PERSON - doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, etc., etc., is from a foreign country, and the communication over the phone is next to impossible.

So infuriating when I can’t even get basic information because the entire staff is foreign-born. I might have to get in the car and drive two hours just to speak to someone in person, where they might be understable.
