I have to wonder what these far right radical extremists would have done if Obama had sent federal agents without any way to identify them in unmarked cars out to their teabagger protests to just pick them up, throw them in an unmarked vehicle and just took them away. Without saying who they are, why they were taking them away or where they were going.

Portland has a federal courthouse that has been vandalized and been part of breach attempts, The feds are in their rights to defend federal property and enforce federal laws against people doing damage to said federal property.

The legal term for this is "duel sovereignty" ... both the State and Federales have jurisdiction ... typically the Feds allow the States to pursue crimes except when the crime is Federal-specific, such as immigration and foreign trade ...

I can only testify for myself of course, and that is I vote every single election. I don't believe I speak or think for everybody, perhaps most, but not all.
