More stringent screening launched on Monday for airline passengers from 14 nations, part of a crackdown after the botched Christmas Day bombing of a Detroit-bound flight, are ineffective and unconstitutional, civil liberty groups charged.

The tighter security measures, which range from passengers being patted down to advanced explosives detection and full-body scans, constitute racial profiling when there is no realistic way to predict the national origin of a potential attacker, the American Civil Liberties Union said

what's the ACLU sticking it' nose into what goes on in 14 other countries??? I thought you libtards said they were on our side not the side of the terrorists.. Guess you might be WRONG..

hahahahaha!

ENRAGED?

GOTTA LOVE FOX and their REINTERPRETATION of 'oppose' to reword that as 'Enraged'....

so, i take it you are FOR this measure willow?

and who the heck is FOX NATION? NATION????

All in favor of the ACLU as a human shield, signify with aye.

A Big AYE.

Everyone loves their civil liberties, me included. They sure don't do me any good if I'm dead. I can say, as I'm dying, "Well I sure got my civil liberties"." Kinda too bad that I'm kinda sorta to dead to enjoy em".

Bummer.

They need to call them the TCLU. [Terrorist Civil Liberties Union] This organization coincidentally is also in part federally funded.

I did a search a couple of years ago on one of the lawyers representing the ACLU. Seems the fellow that filed the complaint in question was also representing known terrorists at the same time.

Words have meaning, RGS. You used your words poorly.

Let me explain simple facts to you so that even your dumb ass can get it. OK?

Go read the opening post and TITLE of this thread. Now respond to my question, what did McVey or Randolph have to do with airplanes or suicide bombers?

I realize neither of you have a lick of sense and have zero capability to read for comprehension. Perhaps in future when I think one of you two may be responding to one of my posts I should hire a 5 year old to type it out so even you mentally challenged can grasp the basic concepts.

No one is justifying attacks around the world or at home. But words have meanings. If a reader finds your opening and OP flawed, then that should be pointed out. Terrorism is home grown in America as well as home grown overseas. So place your OP in context. Having said that, I happen to agree with profiling, and I think the ACLU is dead wrong on this one.

To damn bad. And last I checked EVERY SINGLE terrorist bomber has been Arab and Muslim.

Thanks, RGS. I did not know McVeigh or Rudolph was Muslim.

And what relevance do they have? Did either of them blow up an airplane or use a suicide method to bomb anyone? Stick with the thread dumb fuck.

You said....and I quote: "EVERY SINGLE terrorist bomber."

And now you want to move those goal posts..... Don't pull a muscle, ok?
