And the answer to that question about double murder is that the issue hasn't been brought up through the courts and no one cares that a murderer gets charged with one or two murders.

The left would have us believe the nation enjoys their nest, simply over the issue of abortion. These people are simple-minded, and wrong. They act as though other issues, and candidates are unimportant.

The results are just as the Supreme Court intended. They reversed a ruling that gave a woman the right to abortion, because they had no business making that ruling in the first place. Our Supreme Court isn't in the business of killing the unborn. Among other things, it sends the wrong message. As a matter of fact, the court was wise to consider compassion - The left should count their blessings the court didn't see fit to disallow abortions, because oh-fuck, don't look now, but our founding document clearly reads......

Truth is there are good arguments on both sides of the issue, which is why the Supreme Court backed off like they should have, and let the States decide on the issue.

The court came to their wise decision for so many reasons, and not one was due to creating an environment that would favor conservative politics. Ponder that a moment, while our politicians, especially Democrats, and even their judges and justice departments have been weaponized for politics and power, clearly at the expense of the country.

If you look at the 14th Amendment clearly the unborn are fully persons.

a. The word “person” in the dictionaries of the time was used interchangeably with “human being.”

b. The writings of 18th-century legal scholar William Blackstone indicated that in a legal sense, “person” included all human beings.

c. When the 14th Amendment passed in 1868, it granted all “persons” equal protection of the law, and forbade them to be deprived of life without due process of law.

d. By 1868, the states widely recognized children in utero as persons, and 23 (of 37) states and six territories referred to the fetus as a child in statutes proscribing abortion.

You said a fetus has all the rights of any born person.

So in order to protect it you must first know if it exists.

How are you going to find out when this new person is conceived so it can be protected?

and then how exactly do you propose to protect the rights of this unborn person if the mother refuses to see a doctor during pregnanct

what if she refuses to eat while pregnant

what if she has a drink or smokes a cigarette while pregnant

What if she engages in any behavior that risks the well being of that unborn person

what if she wants to travel to a place where abortion is legal with the intention of ending a pregnancy

When you say a fetus has all the rights of a born person then you have to address these questions.
