Bur don’t forget, cases and hospitalizations/deaths are different. In a highly vaccinated region, they death per case is probably going to be lower since those that get COVID while vaccinated are better protected.

We don’t run 50 cycles. I don’t know anyone who does. You wouldn’t need many cycles on these individuals. Their viral loads are huge, at least during the acute phase.
