To me it seems the SC shouldn't even involved in what school civilians attend. This kind of crap is what happens when pointy head bureaucrats involve themselves in people lives, beginning in DC scamming peoples money and lying to them about how everyone will benefit, when the evidence of the opposite is glaringly obvious it isn't.

Well that would definitely cut out a lot of cost going to the middleman admins that in many cases are worthless.
