Not at all, I responded to your indignation at the potus EARNING money while in office in spite of the fact that NONE of it is taxpayer $$$. As for your 'just teachers' comment. I don't have any problem with 'competent' teachers being paid---you OTOH...Do you say that about all careers, or just teachers?
OTOH, you can't fathom the success. Not at all, I responded to your indignation at the potus EARNING money while in office in spite of the fact that NONE of it is taxpayer $$$. As for your 'just teachers' comment. I don't have any problem with 'competent' teachers being paid---you OTOH...
An interesting historical footnote is that Carter's decision to use a blind trust became one of the most frequently cited examples of a president voluntarily separating himself from private business interests to avoid conflicts of interest.Do you think Carter quit selling peanuts?
How does this ^^^ address the topic of A History of Trumps 2nd Term. Please stick to YOUR topic. Competence, LOL.OTOH, you can't fathom the success.
It hurts too much.
Law, Winnie, where did Trump break the law? The fact that Trump profited from a business interest is your point of contention--now you want to whine about something else. You also made money while in the public employ--did you use a blind trust? LMAO, competence---LOLAn interesting historical footnote is that Carter's decision to use a blind trust became one of the most frequently cited examples of a president voluntarily separating himself from private business interests to avoid conflicts of interest.
He put the peanut business into a blind trust when he became POTUS, relinquished control while in office, and only sold the business after leaving the White House when it had accumulated substantial debt.
