A brief history of all the recent Presidents who kept classified, secret documents after they left office......yeah, obama is on that list....

So these inside people suggested Trump has been illegally gathering dirt on democrats for years. Abusing the power of his office to gather that evidence, and then illegally hiding that evidence at Mar-a-lago.
They are throwing out as MANY theories as they can, hoping to see which one(s) stick with the cult.

No, you are a fool, a useful idiot.
So, everyone from Hillary, Bill, the Obamas, RINO's, The FBI, have committed egregious crimes and need to be charged/taken down/destroyed.........

Except trump.

Am I reading what you say excalibur correctly?

There is nothing in your link which says the documents were classified.

As usual, you lied.

I guess you'll have to find another pile of manufactured bullshit to peddle.
how can you say docs that havent been reviewed by the NASA is or isnt classified ...

maybe applying the law equally would be nice .... and as of this day Trump hasnt been indited or charged with a crime ... maybe you dont see the dangers of the legal system being more weighted against a political party that has done nothing that the other party hasnt already done but history tells us otherwise .

I don't understand why people keep giving these Democrat media stunts so much attention...INCLUDING all these USMB threads from BOTH sides of the tracks. As far as the modern Dems are concerned, I'm a Trump supporter....but to tell the truth this topic is almost starting to fucking bore me to death. I've been paying attention, but only with mild curiosity. I'd kind of like to see some different topics take precedence in here soon.

This is a short look at Presidents who kept not only classified documents, but secret tapes of their Presidencies...

Obama White House lawyers repeatedly invoked the Presidential Records Act to “delay the release of thousands of pages of records from President Bill Clinton’s White House,” Politico reported. At the end of his presidency, Barack Obama trucked 30 million pages of his administration’s records to Chicago, promising to digitize them and eventually put them online — a move that outraged historians.

More than five years after Obama’s presidency ended, the National Archives webpage reveals that zero pages have been digitized and disclosed. People can file requests via the Freedom of Information Act (a law Obama helped wreck) to access Obama records, but responses from presidential libraries can be delayed for years, even more than a decade, if the information is classified.

Similarly, President Joe Biden double-crossed Americans on disclosing records from his 36-year Senate career. In 2011, Biden donated 1,875 boxes of documents from his Senate days to the University of Delaware, which received federal subsidies to curate the collection while it was locked up. Biden and the university library promised to unseal the records “two years after Biden retires from public office.” Biden retired as vice president in January 2017. But the library announced just before Biden launched his presidential campaign that secrecy would continue until two years after Biden “retires from public life.”

As more info comes out, it looks like this raid had nothing to do with the National Archives or the Presidential Records Act. And why should it? A raid over that would be ridiculous. Nor was it apparently anything to do with J6. Some people on the inside have suggested it actually has to do with covering up tracks for Crossfire Hurricane; apparently Trump had some stuff saved which if exposed could greatly compromise not only the FBI but some powerful people like the Clintons and Obumma.

So the next time someone tells you or asks why certain xyz people never get investigated, arrested or charged, now you kinda have an idea.

Your claim makes no logical sense at all. If Donald Trump had a SHRED of evidence against the FBI, the Clintons or Obama, he would have filed charges against them WHILE he was in office and had the power to do so. What's he going to do with this stuff now? Blackmail them???? Call them names???? Neither one of these people are ever running for office again.

Dunham spent 4 years trying to find evidence and prosecute someone, anyone for Crossfire Hurricane, and Barr went around the world looking for evidence. They found NOTHING. They poured over the Archives, and found that Obama and the various Departments had carefully documented every step of Crossfire Hurricane and there was nothing illegal about it, nor was the campaign "spied on". All stories Trump made up and then told the Barr to prove really happened.

Who doesn't get investigated????? Every time a Clinton sneezes, Republicans set up a Committee to investigate. The problem is that Republicans make up rumours about Democrats, and then investigate the rumours. When nothing is found, they then say that the Democrats "got away with it". Uranium One being a prize example.

The Clintons have been investigated more than 25 times - no evidence, no witnesses, no crimes have been found. Republicans keep thinking that Democrats are as corrupt as Republicans so they accuse Democrats of being just as dishonest as Republicans, but the record proves that it's the Republicans who are the liars, the crooks, and truly doing harm to the American people.

Hunter Biden - four times now over the past four years, and still no charges, no evidence, and no crimes have been found. Obama and Joe Biden - 8 years of House and Senate Investigations - not one charge, no indictments.

Donald Trump whines about every investigation as a "witch hunt'. These investigations would be going a whole lot better for Trump if he would just stop breaking the law, and committing crimes.

The RAID was to retrieve damaging DIRT on DIRTY Democrat's criminal acts? No that's not going to help the Dems either. :auiqs.jpg:

The warrant was to retrieve Top Secret and higher classified documents that Donald Trump illegally removed from the White House when he left office. Donald Trump stole national security documents from the White House when he left office.

The warrant was issued on the evidence provided by a current close advisor to Donald Trump, because only a few people knew what was in those boxes, and where they were, and it was signed by a Federal Judge, citing concerns that Trump's removal of these documents, and his refusal to return them, were violations of the Espionage Act. FBI Director Christopher Wray, another Donald Trump hire, ordered his officers to carry out the search warrant, in accordance with the Judge's Orders.

Trump then tried to claim the government was carrying out a secret "raid" on his home, but in reality, the FBI served a search warrant on the offices and premises of a public golf club where the President maintains a residence, and where he has repeatedly mishandled classified documents and information in full public view.

Trump could have released the search warrant and the inventory list that were unsealed today, when he tried to leverage his press release for maximum outrage, but he planned on spinning it like he did the Mueller Report until nobody cared what it really said when it came out. Garland cut the legs right out from under Trump by unsealing those documents.

Garland also went right after the claim that members of the FBI "planted" evidence. And the National Archives have debunked his "but Obama" claim.

Trump stole a lot of national security stuff he shouldn't have taken and we have to wonder, why? And who was he going to give it to?

"The country deserves a thorough and immediate explanation of what led to the events of Monday," McConnell said in a statement. "Attorney General Garland and the Department of Justice should already have provided answers to the American people and must do so immediately."
Be careful what you wish for!

With respect to what was bound to happen, particularly after Garland's statement on Thursday, many Republicans are acting like fools.

ABC reports, "Congressional Republicans were quick to pan Merrick Garland's Thursday remarks on the FBI search of Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago -- calling the attorney general's comments insufficient and insisting the Justice Department release more information behind the unprecedented raid even as Garland said he wants the search warrant unsealed.

"But GOP lawmakers said the Justice Department's motion to unseal parts of the warrant would not cut it, demanding that more information behind the search's genesis was needed given the gravity of the operation at a former president's home."

The GOP lawmakers got their wish. Today, their comments are laughable.

The Senate Intelligence Committee on Tuesday reaffirmed its support for the U.S. intelligence community’s conclusion that the Russian government interfered in the 2016 presidential election with the goal of putting Donald Trump in the Oval Office.https://www.politico.com/news/2020/...rms-russia-aimed-to-help-trump-in-2016-198171

The seized documents were part of an inquiry into violation of the Espionage Act and two other laws.

The Times reports, "A list of documents removed from former President Donald J. Trump’s Florida residence, Mar-a-Lago, includes materials marked as top secret and meant to be viewed only in secure government facilities, according to a copy of the warrant obtained by The New York Times.

"Federal agents who executed the warrant did so to investigate potential crimes associated with violations of the Espionage Act, which outlaws the unauthorized retention of national security information that could harm the United States or aid a foreign adversary; a federal law that makes it a crime to destroy or conceal a document to obstruct a government investigation; and another statute associated with unlawful removal of government materials.

"Of the three criminal laws cited in the search warrant, one stood out as raising new questions: Section 1519 of Title 18 of the United States Code. Section 1519 is an obstruction law. It applies to document crimes undertaken “with the intent to impede, obstruct, or influence the investigation or proper administration of any matter” within the jurisdiction of federal departments or agencies. That raises the question: What do investigators suspect that Trump, by hoarding the documents, was trying to impede?"

A better question is, what was Trump going to do with the set of documents marked as “TS/SCI documents,” which refers to “top secret/sensitive compartmented information?”
