In Scandinavia there is a mixed economy with a well financed public sector of the economy that is paid for by steeply progressive taxation. The public sector includes socialized medicine. Countries with socialized medicine spend less per capita than the United States on health care. they get better results.

There is no possibility of a Communist dictatorship emerging in Scandinavia. Communist dictatorships emerge when capitalist dictatorships have failed.
