All modern economies combine features of capitalism and socialism. Denmark is more socialist than the United States. Socialized medicine gets better results than the American system of health care and costs less per capita. You really have a problem with learning, huh?
“Speaking at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, Danish PM Lars Løkke Rasmussen told students that he had “absolutely no wish to interfere the presidential debate in the US” but nonetheless attempted to set the record straight about his country.
"I know that some people in the US associate the Nordic model with some sort of socialism. Therefore I would like to make one thing clear. Denmark is far from a socialist planned economy. Denmark is a market economy,” Rasmussen said.
“The Nordic model is an expanded welfare state which provides a high level of security for its citizens, but it is also a successful market economy with much freedom to pursue your dreams and live your life as you wish,” he added.
The PM’s comments come after US presidential hopefuls Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton used part of the first Democratic debate to discuss how the United States could emulate Scandinavia.” Danish PM in US: Denmark is not socialist

Capitalism makes countries wealthy…..socialism redistributes wealth, shutting down industry in the process.
“The Left’s concept of materialism broadens into the overarching desire to see every individual materially equal. The Left is less interested in creating wealth than in distributing it, and has been far more interested in fighting material inequality than tyranny, which is why Lenin, Mao, Pol Pot, Ho Chi Minh, Castro, etc., tend to have the support of Leftists around the world.” Dennis Prager
Nordic countries have high levels of social services, but this is paid for by exorbitant tax rates. Denmark has a 63% tax rate, plus a 25% sales tax.
And….a 5.5% decline in GDP in the decade.

“The welfare state we have is excellent in most ways,” says Gunnar Viby Mogensen, a Danish historian. “We only have this little problem. We can’t afford it.”

And it's neat to avoid the gulags and concentration camps those regimes are famous for.The rich leave so they can't be taxed anything at all.

In which party do we find the prevalence of that foreign ideology?
2.AI Overview
Jimmy Carter said the U.S. had an "inordinate fear of Communism," which led it to support dictators
. He made this statement in a pivotal 1977 speech at the University of Notre Dame, arguing that a more confident America should be less driven by this fear and instead base its foreign policy on human rights.
3. AI Overview
Based on his memoir,
Dreams from My Father, Barack Obama described intentionally befriending "Marxist professors and structural feminists" while a student at Occidental College and Columbia University in the early 1980s.
Barack Obama hired John Brennan as CIA Director in 2013, and Brennan has publicly acknowledged voting for the Communist Party USA's presidential candidate, Gus Hall, during the 1976 presidential election
. However, Brennan was never a member of the Communist Party and has clarified that the vote was a form of protest.
4. For many years we on the Right have claimed that you subscribe to a party based on a foreign ideology. Now it is clear and out in the open.
The Mamdani Democrat party stands for abolishing private property, socialis/communism, anti-Semitism, and racism.
"There is something special in this room tonight. It’s power. It’s the power of hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers united, ready to usher in a new day.
It is the power of a movement that won the battle over the soul of the Democratic Party."

Last night at a campaign rally, Zohran Mamdani addressed his supporters: “For too long, we have tried not to lose. Now, it is time that we win.”

5. The march of the Democrat Party and the increasingly Bolshevik tilt has been inexorable. Until now.
.It was another American Revolution.....led by Trump. He conquored both political parties. The obvious conquest, and the earlier one where he took the flaccid Republican Party and made it the party of the middle class and the working class. The new American Party.
What is left of the Democrat Party is nothing but smoking ruins.....smoke from fire-bombed Teslas....and a party with no leaders other than Communists AOC and Bernie.
. "The Democrats’ working-class problem is not going away. In fact, it’s only getting worse — expanding beyond Donald Trump’s base of working-class whites to now include working-class Latinos and even a significant share of black men.

New Report: Working-Class Social and Economic Attitudes
A new study from the Center for Working‑Class Politics and Jacobin reveals where working-class voters stand on key issues and how they differ from wealthier Americans. The message is clear: economic populism must be the core of progressive appeals to workers.

"Because economic growth is no longer possible"Because economic growth is no longer possible the Democrats need to emphasize economic redistribution from the rich to the middle and working classes. That is what most Americans want.
There are hardly any Communists in the United States. There have hardly ever been any Communists in the United States. Democratic socialists know that when the stock market is doing well and most people are not doing well, more people become democratic socialists."Because economic growth is no longer possible"
And here we have proof of what I have been saying:
Let me provide one simple bromide for you to memorize that will aid to your understanding:
.....a simple rule that will clarify the current milieu:
Any article, event, opinion, data or study that redounds in favor of the Left/Demorat Party, is to be considered a lie or hoax. They lie about everything.
Begin with that rule and you will never go wrong.
Approximately 62% of Americans own stock, according to 2025 data from Gallup, Nasdaq, and Statista. This figure includes those with investments in retirement plans like a 401(k) as well as those with direct stock holdings. Google

No wonder you communists are hand-wringing!!
Well, we know who you are. There are hardly any Communists in the United States. There have hardly ever been any Communists in the United States. Democratic socialists know that when the stock market is doing well and most people are not doing well, more people become democratic socialists.
Misleading OP.Pretty scary stuff here. Not only do 62% of young people have a favorable view of Socialism, but 34% have a favorable view of Communism. This is just more proof that our education system has gone off the rails. I contend that is due to enemy influence, but that is another discussion.
When will mature, adult Democrats, if there are any left, realize that they need to reign in the far-left of their party to prevent this type of uninformed, ignorant thinking? Are all Democrats so lost in the wilderness that they are unable to see the danger their current party poses to this Republic? The financial hub of our country is getting ready to elect a professed Democratic Socialist, in large part due to the young (and non-native born) population in that city. He will fail miserably. Maybe that will be a walk-up call, but I’m not so sure that will be enough wake people up.

He ants to replace cops with social workers. Where I come from that makes him a nut. Remember the movie Escape From NY?Misleading OP.
What we have here in the U.S are Democratic Socialists, not to be confused with other (mostly old European) models of Socialism.

Calling it Democratic Socialism instead of Socialism is like calling prunes “dried plums.” It doesn’t change what’s in the bag, but it sure makes people less afraid to try it.
Where in capitalism do we find the part where taxpayers are on the hook for failed businesses?
Calling socialism, capitalism doesn't change what it is.
Except that bailing out very large companies or banks has the goal of protecting supply chains, the financial markets, our food supply, etc. These companies are still privately owned, except of course in the case of GM and AIG which the government took a controlling interest in under the Obama administration. They did relinquish control later.
That isn’t Socialism. Sorry, but it just isn’t.
