No it's not all it means is that the powers that be refuse to enforce gun laws
Our murder rate is about what it was in 1950
The murder rate in the UK is about what it was in 1950
The UK has draconian gun laws they passed in the 60's and has outright banned may firearms
The US has had a 10 year ban on some rifles and has had literally thousands of gun laws both state an federal passed in the last 70 years
It is easy to see that gun laws do not lower murder rates.
From around 200 million guns in the country to over 600 million guns, with over 22 million American now able to legally carry guns for self defense......
The gun murder and gun suicide rates in the U.S. both remain below their peak levels. There were 6.2 gun murders per 100,000 people in 2020, below the rate of 7.2 recorded in 1974.
What the data says about gun deaths in the U.S.
The anti-gunners simply can't explain this........
