Where I see an issue is that since Hillary was the lawyer for the guy that did the raping, she would not have been involved in any way with an affidavit from the girl that was raped.
Hillary could not have lied on that girls affidavit. And the guys affidavit if he had one would not have been accepted if he wrote in things that the girl thought or did with other men. His would have been written to cover his involvement in the case only.

Things have changed. Rape victims, especially children are more protected from the defense's attorneys bashing them and destroying their character in a court. Keep in mind this did not go to a jury. A lot more is allowed in motions before the court than would be allowed during a trial. The end result was Hillary got a man, who raped a child into a coma off with time served. It's hard to accept her now claiming that she went into law to protect children.

The standard and agreed-upon line from the Gangster Queen forces is that everyone is entitled to a robust defense. What this omits is:

But Hillary is clearly trying to plant in the mind of the judge and jury that the little girl was somehow "asking for it" or "deserved it." That is how sneaky, underhanded people operate. So in this context what she did makes perfect sense.
