Can you blame FBI actions on the President, simply because he is over the DOJ and the DOJ is over the FBI? If choosing an answer, does it apply to all presidents or not, or only when it favor a President, you like?

I'm enjoying the heck out of the thread, as I get it. It reminds me of debates and discussion in logic, philosophy and law, back in college, when taking those courses.

So then the story is that Donald Trump ordered the FBI to put on a false flag operation using assets to attack the capital to overturn an election and to possibly harm his VP if he did not comply with Trump's orders. This is the only way the right-wing story could be possible since Trump was the president. The FBI was run by a Trump appointee. The DOJ was stuffed by trump appointees.

Its already proven elements within the FBI did not respect Trump and were loyal to the opposing Democrat Senators.
FBI attorneys forged documents to a FISA judge... went after his people, and purposely hid any evidence about the Biden Laptop that may have hurt his campaign. NO there is no reason to believe that the same rogue elements within the FBI would do anything to help Trump on JAN 6. quite the opposite in fact.

Unless you havent noticed however, most Americans see through the bullshit you still hold up, and now Trump is President for that reason.
