Why don’t Democrats really help Mexicans by teaching them to use contraception?

The criminal conspiracy in the MSM didn't make a big deal out of it because Barry Hussein was in charge but if you look hard enough you can find estimates of hundreds of innocent Mexican citizens who were killed with the weapons.
